Very poor experience since management change (2017)
Apartments changed ownership in 2017 and since then, prices have been risen, there's no upkeep whatsoever of the premises, and maintenance quality is the worst I've experience from any apartment I have ever rented in the bay area. The apartments rarely use to see any changes in tenancy, and nowadays every couple months tenants leave, despite there only being 12 apartments.
