Cómodo y tranquilo buen lugar para vivir. Excelente área con Buena Vista buen ambiente y muy espaciosa también todas las habitaciones y la casa en su totalidad

Los apartamentos son muy lindos, pero muy inseguros y por su precio pensé que iba a ser un poco más nuevo todo pero los electrodomésticos son muy viejos y casi nunca funcionan los vecinos irrespetuosos y bulliciosos y mantenimiento nunca le gusta trabajar siempre dicen que no pueden hacer nada y dejan las cosas así además pagamos parqueo y nunca se hacen responsables por robos o pérdidas

It has not been a good experience living here. Lots of crime and drugs going on, the neighbors have no respect for others it sounds like they are gonna fall threw the ceiling they stomp so hard, the walls are so paper thin you can hear everything going on I, its like you have no privacy.

Amazing apartment so far been here for 2 months and I really like here. All the n neighbors are awesome and the community is great.. would recommend this

Good staff, our neighbors are noisy. Screaming at each other 24 hours a day on either side of us and above us they abuse their dogs and make them pee off the deck onto our porch, which is what attracted flying bugs that bite. My legs were covered in bug bites all summer, sometimes still when it's warm enough even though I didn't have bedbugs and the bug guy the apartment sent said he has never seen flying biting bugs after not inspecting my apartment or outside.

Amazing experience, silent and peace is the best way to say it. The best sunset and sunrise to see, me and my husband really love live here and we hope the same luk for the next year!

Great customer service. Very helpful staff .. the apartment is very spacious for me and my son. And I love the renovation in my place. Definitely recommend and price is reasonable

Great community. I have lived here for almost 11 years. I love the View and the dog park and the pool. The area is close to everything. Shopping and the 405, i-5, 167

The apartments are centrally located to many great stores and so far the staff has been very responsive to any concerns! Apartments are clean and very quiet so far.

The price isn’t bad for the space and location. Have had issues with my car being towed numerous times though out the years living here, staff in office is constantly changing and packages are mishandled. No place is perfect, but those are the main things I have issues with here.

It has been an okay experience here at sunset veiw apt. I feel like all apts need to be renovated. Maintenance is super slow and do an ok job.

The apartments are really spacious and it located nearby downtown so everything is within 3 miles such as Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway, other groceries outlet and restaurants.

Everything here is good, besides the pay parking which causes lots of problems, besides that living here is okay. Living down hill though is rather harder of getting around.

I've been a resident at Sunset View Apartments for 6 months. I've had no issues with the neighbors or management. However, I've had small issues within the apartment. For example, ceiling leaking, washer machine leaking and sliding door screen. When I requested a service call, I was immediately contacted by the property manager. Maintenance arrived within 24-48 hours to fix the problems. I really appreciate the speedy response whenever I have an issue. My overall experience in spite of things out of my control has been WONDERFUL!

Beautiful view of mountain rainier I would recommend others to live here, family friendly have a wonderful playground for kids and also dogs.

Recently moved in. Lots of space in the units and the staff is very nice. However, the kitchen and bathroom were dirty when we arrived and had to be deep cleaned before use. The hot water for our shower/tub doesn't work and after a week and a half utilities still hasn't told us when they will be able to fix it. None of the laundry machines in the building work, and only show an error message when payment card is inserted, with no way to be able to start the machines. Parking is very limited, they were not able to offer us spots directly outside our building and the spots we received are about a 4 minute walk up a very steep hill, which feels ridiculous as we have to pay $35 per month per vehicle for parking.

Beautiful place, silent and closer to downtown, literally it’s perfect for us. We just moved in on July 28 and we hope stay here more time than one year. And we have great attention in the leasing office

Management is very busy and seem overwhelmed, but are very kind and supportive. Apartments are spacious with great views and great natural light.

Most of the time the staff is very friendly and caring. We have however had difficulties with communication that isn’t one sided. Our apartment set up is wonderful very spacious. The sunset view from our balcony is beautiful.

The rent is cheaper but there are a lot of extra fees. So whatever the rent is expect to pay an additional $200-300 more. They never pick up the phone either so if you have an issue you have to go to the office and hope that they are open.

It’s alright. I don’t like the inconsistency of staff and policy. Personnel show and say but doesn’t match up with actions. There isn’t staff support after hours. I see people jump the fence all the time from kids to adult. That’s why the fence is broken. I see the kids from the other apartment complex using the pool after hours . I hear gunshots during the early morning. Not sure if it from our complex or another but it’s uncomfortable.

Inside the apartment is nice, and they're on top of maintenance requests, but the outside is not so nice. I've had 3 instances of car vandalism. First, was an attempted car jacking. Second, was an attempted catalytic converter jacking on my rental. And third, was a hit and run in the parking lot on my 2nd rental. All within a 6 month span.

Enjoy the view, management is sometimes hard to reach. Maintenance are really nice and cool people. Wish parking was a bit better, but overall can’t complain the price is great

I'm a new residence at Sunset View Apts. The view of the mountain from my place is SPLENDID. I enjoy sitting outside on my patio listening to the birds and watching the squirrels climb up and down the trees. I'm happy to live at Sunset View Apt.

Lived here 4 years, been through so many diff managers I've lost count, had my car towed several times, even out of my own paid and numbered parking spot for no real reason, no one ever answers the phones and when I go to the office it's rare anyone is ever there or it's closed during stated business hours. These people tell you they care about their residents but I feel like such an insignificant human to these people...it's honestly a joke. All I can say is proceed with caution as I know it's hard to find any places that don't have issues.

Amenities and services: Access to amenities such as fitness centers, laundry facilities, and outdoor spaces. Additionally, prompt and efficient maintenance and repairs, as well as friendly and helpful staff, makes me positive experience.

This complex is good. It can be loud and my unit has a weird smell. The leasing office people are nice and helpful, but not very quick to respond.

I have only lived here for three months, but so far, I love it here! It's quiet, the grounds are pretty, and my neighbors are nice. Getting ahold of anyone in the office can be challenging, but maintenance is quick to respond and quick to fix any issues that come up.

Very quiet and drama free. Clean with a great maintenance team. The trash valet is so convenient and nice. Also not having huge overflowing trash dumpsters everywhere iis so nice.

Easy going. Appreciate the garbage service. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. Enjoy the view of the city at night from our larger balcony... Amazing... Truly spectacular...

Apartments are a good size. The parking is not great and my car was broken into three monthes in a row. But location is very pet friendly and im my bukidling it is pretty quiet.

I have been searching for a new home and decided to stop by here to inquire. After walking in I was greeted by the two gals up front as they made me feel very welcomed. I sat down to go over more information with the leasing consultant and was stunned by the lady that sits behind the glass door which I believe to be the manager as she was screaming and cussing on the phone. Not sure if it was a resident or personal call but definitely raised concerns and made me second think about moving to the this property as this is how she could handle me as a resident. Despite that the view is beautiful.

The apartments at Sunset View are very spacious and located close to major freeways. The million dollar views are spectacular and resonates as priceless during clear days and sunsets from the common area inside the fitness center and the dog park.

My sister and I were looking for an apartment and came across Sunset View. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The view from the office was amazing! Unfortunately, the rent was a little out of our price range.

I came in to view an apartment and even though it was out of my price range, I loved the energy of the two girls in the office. The Manager was very sweet and welcoming. She offered me water and snacks while i waited and even offered a blanket because it was so cold outside. The Leasing agent was very informative and sweet. If I could afford the apartment I would have rented there in a heartbeat=

I was in the area looking at another property and f8gured id give this property a look as well so I stopped by the leasing office recently and was told I couldn't be shown a unit because the girl in the office was the only one there and that she was dealing with a "personal emergency" (mind you she was just on her phone on FaceTime talking). She took my information and told me she would reach out but I never heard anything back. When I first got there she seemed as if I was an inconvenience and she had an attitude. I did not feel welcomed at all!! Upon arriving I noticed trash everywhere. This place isn't professional at all and I can just tell it would be tons of problems if I moved here. Sad to say but I believe the reviews 100% after my experience. Id rather pay more money else where than to deal with a property like this.

I didn’t even bother poking my head in the leasing office. It’s uphill of a landfill and industrial park and every other apartment has trash on their balcony. It smells awful and looks disgusting. The map at the entrance has graffiti on it.

The managers is always planning something for all residents to come out and participate in learning and have fun, they also have tutoring for kids who need help.

I’ve lived here for 2 plus years no complaints, I like it, office staff are nice, along with maintenance I would recommend sunset view to my friends

The worst place I've ever lived. My first 2 leases where done incorrectly and I wasn't told the correct information about the utilities. The doors on the buildings are supposed to be locked and have a FOB, but I've never been given one and been told they don't have any so the doors stay propped open. My car was hit while parked infront of the the security camera and yet the police weren't able to obtain footage after months of trying and had to close the case. The onsite laundry facilities are gross and you have up reload a laundry card in the office when it's open. Expect the police to come by frequently and neighbors that blast music until 2am. The pet areas looks nice in the pics but are not maintained and the gates are broken. There is trash everywhere at this complex as well so walking your dog can be tricky with broken glass laying around.

Community was great at first and seemed enticing with lower rent costs than most in the area. Ended up not being a great community at all, and we are much happier to have moved. We lived here for ~2 years out of necessity. Pros: - Lower than average rent costs -Low deposit - Large sq ft floorplans - Close to the interstate - Great views of Mt. Rainier - Large Balconies -Borders the Riparian forest; sounds of frogs and birds in the spring and summer -Close to Fred Meyer, Walmart, Renton downtown, Southcenter - Nice Gym (when it is open) Cons: -EXTREMELY high utility costs. Water sewer was usually between $100-200/ month for two residents. Our current payment is half of that. This is where the lower rent stops mattering. - Loud neighbors, thin walls: When the neighbors had company, we always knew, and we easily heard music in the unit below. -Fairly regular petty crime: - Parking is a nightmare: Nobody has any idea where they are allowed to park and most of them don't care. - Little Guest Parking - No elevators: Move in/ out is difficult - Apparent mold issues: The building are from the 70's and have not been kept up amazingly well, in addition to having lots of low-income residents. - Loud Quarry down the hill (during business hours); this was particularly difficult during COVID as I was working from home. - Apathetic staff: Often the staff was apathetic at best. They seemed to be trying, and I am sure this complex was difficult but it made living here bad. Management changed Twice in the 2 years we were there. After COVID hit, they shut the office and didn't open up, even when we were trying to move out. They also stopped taking packages, so deliveries had to be gotten at the post office in Renton, or dropped at the door, which was risky. - Higher insurance costs: Renters and Car insurance were 25% higher in this area than where we lived before and after. - Only one mail box: Only one box area and it is at the top of the complex. - Difficult for Uber/ Lyft drivers to navigate/ find; Almost missed 2 flights due to this. - Pool was supposed to open the summer we moved in: Lived there 2 years, it never opened. Overall this place is not the worst I have ever seen, and it is TRYING to be better, but is not doing a great job. I would not actively recommend it to my friends, but if you want a large space for less mosey, this place will be fine if you can deal with the downsides.

I’m glad I realized before I moved in that these people are unprofessional . They tried to charge me 300$ for an application that was never fully processed or even submitted paperwork for .

This apartment complex has so many issues it isn't funny. I would never want someone to willing rent from this location for at least another 2 years before they sort out the problems. The pipes are so old that they constantly break and flood apartments (happened to me earlier in 2017), they perform "maintenance" without regard to the tenants (repaving the parking lot and closing off all entrances and exits, happened this year), they begin construction without notice and may possible break things to blame it on the city (construction of a new carport that wasn't announced caused a water main break which killed water to the complex for a day). The staff in the office only can say what they are allowed to say which isn't much because the owners are horrible. I will not be renting from this location after my lease is up.

This place is terrible. It's overpriced, staffed by morons, and a center of criminal activity. I lived there for two years and my car was broken into 5 times. I told the office each time, and they told me they can't do anything (even though when you move in they say there's a 24 hour security officer). I moved out in February and still haven't gotten my security deposit back despite multiple phone calls and emails. My tip: don't move here if value money or your belongings.

I would give zero star for this apartment complex if I could!! To start off is the HIGH PRICE you have to pay that you didn't expect in the beginning. After living here for a few months, I realized they added a bunch of extra fees in addition to your monthly rent like service fee, water/utility fee (which is not the actual utility bill, you have to pay separately), sewage, trash valet trash fee, etc. So expect to pay a lot more than what they told you in the beginning, and that's not even include the Internet or Electricity. Second, they charged $25/month for garbage, which is a messy and usually full-with-trash dump. And it would be quite a LONG walk for whoever lives in the upper apartments. I used to see people just dump their garbage right in the parking lot, and that trash stayed there for like half a month and the management didn't do anything about it. If you want to pay an extra $25 for valet trash, they promised to take your trash for you 5 days a week. However, THAT'S A LIE!! The trash in front of my apt usually stay there from Mon to Thursday before the end of the week, and they come to pick it up. Not worth the extra money I paid. And then the parking, it's just messy! So many people paid for their reserved spot with only a blurred sign, so expect a lot of strangers to park in that spot. Complaints to the management office gets you promises, but nothing has been done till now. A LOT of cars in this parking lot has their windows BROKEN (and I mean it when I say A LOT). Security here is crappy. Well, the management said they were doing a lot of remodeling for the complex (that's good to hear). But it's just not right to TOW a bunch of residents' cars when they park in front of a remodeling building. If anyone ever come here, pay EXTRA CAREFUL ATTENTION to your car, it will either has a BROKEN WINDOW or be TOWED! My car got towed before and it cost me $300 to get it back. Living here means living with NOISE day and night. My neighbors upstairs usually have too much 'physical activity' that sometimes I thought they were fighting. And that's for 7 days a week. If you read other people's comment, you probably knew about this NOISE ISSUE. Complained to the management and all they told me was that there's nothing they could do about it. That's helpful!

Although the price is ok but the parking is so terrible, the apartment is very old and dirty. Very old appliances, dirty toilet and bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are not working. Especially the manager is very rude.

manager is lousy,owner doesn't care about property.Your car will get broken into & management couldn't care less, there's always garbage everywhere.Also the noise you can hear your neighbors do whatever, don't complain because it would effortless.
