Property Ratings at Sunset Meadows
I would not recommend living here at all unless you want cockroach problems, you’re toilet not working for days, neighbors being crazy getting to fights, people getting arrested and having the cops there at least 4 times a month and parking is the worst thing ever, You get one parking pass then your other person has to park in the street or take turns of the one spot you get and the public parking is a nightmare. We thought this place was going to be to great specially since it’s so close to base for my husband and it was close to my job. Definitely not worth it.
Do not move here, or you'll regret it, full of cockroaches and rats, dogs are loose, and the owners and managers do not care, can not wait to get out of here.
I've lived here a while now, management does not gold themselves accountable for anything. This place had been a construction zone since I moved in and rent prices are only going up while my cars get damaged by construction workers and management tells me to use my insurance. The water is shut off every other day for some "leak," I think 3 units have flooded in the last several months and their motel expenses are barely covered by the apartment owner(s). Do not move here. We can't wait to leave.
I really loved the apartment at first. I had a nice view. The pool was great as was the laundry facilities. Then I started noticing maggots were squirming through the new carpeting that they put in. Absolutely disgusting.
this apartment complex has termites, cockroaches I want to live in a better apt so I am moving to Federal way WA so I can find a better place to live with my family it's very hard being a single parent with two boys and one girl ... and being on state disability
