Property Ratings at Sunrise Oaks
I would leave zero stars is possible. Don't make the same mistake I did, spend the extra couple or few hundred a month and get a place that wont bring you constant stress. This is the most unethical, sleezy, and terrible management I have ever even heard of. What a nightmare. I won't go into details being you can find them in just about every review on this subject. Please, think twice about renting from this crime shack, no matter how broke you think you are. Whatever the worst you can imagine is, 3X that and maybe, just maybe, you might end up in the realm of where this management and apartment complex is.
