I just recently moved out of the Sunrise Apartments unfortunately, but if I could have chosen to stay I definitely would have! Ann and the rest of the staff and maintenance are extremely friendly, professional and helpful, as well. Ann made the move in and move out process easy and stress free. And whenever I needed any assistance, she and maintenance were extremely easy to get ahold of and work with. I just had a friend move in and she’s also enjoyed this property and staff as well! I’d highly recommend this apartment for the accessibility, the welcoming staff, and the neighborhood!
We have lived here a few years and i would highky recommend rhis complex. The managers are great and are so good about taking calls right away and taking care of repairs right away. They always keep up with everything and i love living here. They are so friendly and i would recommend this complex.
We have lived here for a while and cannot wait until our lease is up! Maintenance and the building manager have been unresponsive to our issues for months. They responded at first, but then just completely stopped. You can hear everything from the people above you and beside you. The building has a horrible odor that doesn't go away. Apartment is not worth the price.

We have lived at the Sunrise Meadows apartments for a few years, and though we haven’t really had many maintenance or other serious issues, everything that did come up was addressed in a timely and productive (the BBK personnel always fixed/corrected things right the 1st time) manner. Highly recommended for (1st hand knowledge) young couples & families with young kids!
It is an older complex but it is well maintained. They are very quiet and clean. I loved the fact that when it snows, management is out there cleaning the parking lot and sidewalks right away. Management is readily available if you have a problem of any kind.
If you’re looking for a quiet, well maintained complex, Sunrise Meadows is great! Management is quick to fix or replace any necessary items. It’s not a brand new complex, so you have to expect some things to stop working every once in a while. Maintenance was here the day I reported my washer wasn’t working, established it needed replaced and it was replaced with a brand new washer within a few days. I rarely ever hear the neighbors. The on-site manager even helped me out one day when I was at work and needed to make sure I had unplugged something in my unit. She was happy to help out and saved me an hour coming back to check it out. No complaints here!
They don't cut the grass and the hot water runs out every morning. There are no parcel boxes so the packages are tossed on the floor under all the mailboxes. High rent for a low end apartment.

We appreciate all reviews. Our grounds are well maintained with irrigated lawns and grass is mowed every week or more often as needed. Each unit is equipped with a water heater and is replaced if not working properly by our on-site management/maintenance staff. Mailboxes are located inside which is great in colder weather. We do not have parcel lockers so packages do get placed on the vestibule floor by the various delivery services. Our rents are very competitive in the low $900's for newer, 2BR/2BA units with full size w/d's and comfortable floor plans. Love to give anyone a tour of our quality community. These is the perfect complex if you're still wanting to live in town but a good distance from the local high school. The apartments are spacious and include vaulted ceilings if you're on the third floor. Walking distance to the YMCA if you to go to the gym a lot, and a few local bars next door too.
