Sunrise Harbor is the best. Great neighbors, awesome management, clean facilities.
With regard to this specific service request, there appears to be an issue with my door lock. This has been the third visit to fix my door in the three months that I’ve been here. Hopefully this most recent visit has repaired it. With regard to the residence and Sunrise as a whole, I’ve been away more than I’ve been here. My experience so far has been very pleasant. I would like to see the fountain at the valet be repaired as this is the first impression my guests receive upon visiting.

We moved here sight unseen from California based solely on the pictures from the website and on the recommendations made from Lily as to which unit would suit our specific requirements and we were not disappointed. The office staff, maintenance and cleaning staff have went above and beyond and are truly great to have. The only problem that I would note is the pet problem or should I say pet owner problem. Pet owners are not picking up after their pets. It’s in the hallways, elevators and watch out when you walk in the grass. When we first visited, there was a breed restriction, 25lb or less and only allowed two pets per resident. This is not being followed.

Sunrise Harbor is a wonderful place to live, in a great location with beautiful views and first-class amenities. The people in the leasing office and the staff are consistently professional and helpful. It's hard to imagine there's a better rental property in Fort Lauderdale or anywhere nearby.
Sunrise harbor is luxury living. There is a great sense of community and safety. I wake up everyday feeling like I'm at a resort. All the amenities are up to par. Proximity to everything is super convenient. Community staff and leasing agents are great. Just moved in but I can see this being a long term home. Thank you for everything Sunrise!
I just moved in two days ago and have immediately felt part of the community here. Maintenance showed up within 2 minutes of being locked out and the package service is awesome they deliver right to your doorstep within minutes as well. All staff are friendly and helpful. Can't wait to check out more of the amenities!

When I noticed that my freezer wasn’t working I open a service request in the app which is easy to use. The maintenance came to my home and verified the fridge and decided to switch it to another one with the same model. They were very efficient!!

I have been at Sunrise Harbor for almost 25 years. Maintenance, Management, valet, and security they're all awesome, professional, helpful and pleasant. The only comments that are to my concerns are: the continuous large annual increase in rent, Parking garage related issues, as well as lack of holding pet owners accountable for their pets littering such beautiful facilities. very poorly constructed building with thin walls. you can hear your neighbors snore, use restroom and other "private" noises...just to name a few. Elevator buttons are not working properly for several years and this issue is not being attended to. often dirty public areas. constant noise of the contraction. cigarette smell inside the units what are not smoking...

Beautiful building with elegant entrance and lobby. Great gym and other amenities. Nice staff who are helpful and sincere in resolving any potential issues. Feels safe, (I've walked my little pup late at night around the property.) The location is fabulous: beach, walk to Publix, a few miles from Las Olas without the hustle and bustle.Have been here three years since moving up from Miami Brickell area and love the peacefulness yet convenience.

Sunrise Harbor has the best rental apartments available in Fort Lauderdale. There may be newer properties but for the size of the apartments, new appliances, location by the beach, maintenance staff, and on location management team... the pricing can not be beat. There are several amenities for the residents also. I highly recommend.

Renting at the Sunrise Harbor has been for my husband and I a true blessing. Roughly 7 years we are enjoying our life, the view, the most amazing pool and most importantly the personnel taking care of all of us renters. Always kind and ready to help in any way possible. All I can say is THANK YOU.
Altho Sunrise Harbor management and maintenance are great and resolve issues on a timely manner, the rent rates are ridiculous for the size of the apartment and closet space. Gates are always broken anybody is able to access the property at anytime, 2 days ago a homeless or inebriated woman that had been roaming the property and marina was escorted out.

This is the first apartment I have lived in. I find it surprisingly convenient (no lawn maintenance, to name one.) overall very secure, and clean. The views from my apartment are spectacular and I truly enjoy spending time on the balconies.
