I have been here almost two years , so glad they added parking with permits so Largo events can’t park there , love the app that I can pretty much do everything from . I am very busy and don’t have time to go in or call . I will sign another lease , can’t wait for fitness center .

Management does not respond to repair requests. Management is rude to tenants. Walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations of your next door neighbors. Neighbors are loud and play music until all hours. In 3 years there have been burst pipes in walls causing flooding in many apartments, roofs that have collapsed, mold in the walls, air conditioners that have failed during the summer heat.
