I have lived here over a year and a half. Management does not respond. They let people in your apartment without telling you. They do not clean up once people have been in your apartment. They do not respond to emails about meeting or discussing things in general.

Awful. If I could, I would give it Zero stars. This place does not respond to emails. Maintenance and the managment will lie about how long it takes to get things fixed. I have lived here over a year and a half now and the upstairs neighbors dishwasher broke due to maintenance working on it. It flooded my apartment. They told me they would have it done in a week. Lies. It took two months for everything to be fixed. They would send people in to work in my apartment without giving me notice. The dust was everywhere and they never clean up. They made my Electricity bill increase by over $100. They tried to blame it on the weather but I hd past bill and i was on vacation. They told me they would get back to me about the Credit i am due and it’s been 3 months of silence. They won’t respond to my emails. Terrible place i can’t WAIT to move out.

This is my first time living in an apartment in over 6yrs. I couldn’t be happier. The building has great sound proofing and excellent interior/exterior. The community and management are both wonderful. Everything is maintained and we are offered i sight to potential enhancements and our opinions. I love living here.

This community is outstanding! All communal areas are kept meticulously clean including the stairwells. The residents are friendly and respectful. People pick up after their dogs and I've never heard any nuisance barking since moving in. It's a first-class professional operation and I'm happy to call it my home!

Do not live here! Walls are not isolated. You are in the bed of your neighbours and they are in yours. Partying, the train is very noisy runs 24/7. Management sucks. Leasing office people are disrespectful

I have recently moved into Sunnen Station, but it has been a truly enjoyable experience. The staff are very nice, the building is clean with great amenities, and my apartment is perfect!

Worst apartments and management I have ever dealt with. They look so nice when you go there but once you sign the contract their attitude flips! Even though the apartment is new, I had several insects in the living room and the bedroom. They charge you extra for no reason. Avoid renting an apartment here at any cost. They charged me a one month extra rent and said you have not informed us that you are leaving!! That was not true because I had sent them several notices that I am leaving. They are very rude and just want to get money out of your pocket. Avoid renting an apartment here at any cost!!

Could ask for anything better than Sunnen Station. From the location, ease of application process, very helpful management, and just the overall cleanliness of the building with great floor plans.

Sunnen Station is a wonderful place to live! The location is easy access to Hwy 44 and Hwy 64/40, and steps away from the Metrolink. The Apartment Complex is new and modern with 2 secured elevators, great common areas, heated pool and pet friendly. There are numerous resident activities available, all the residents that I have met and know are friendly and courtesy. The Staff at Sunnen are amazing! They strive to make your life better, whether it is delivering packages to your apartment or having a repair done within hours or changing a light bulb! Moving to Sunnen Place was a great decision, so glad I did!

Sunnen Station is a wonderful living community because it is safe and secure, well-maintained, and pet friendly. I enjoy the amenities of a workout room that has excellent equipment, a beautiful pool area and a common areas with wi-fi. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly, professional and helpful at all times. I knew immediately when I toured Sunnen Station that it was a perfect fit for me!

I have had the best experience at Sunnen Station since I moved in. The leasing staff are responsive, knowledgeable and always there to help and answer questions. The pool and gym and lobby area are kept extrememly clean and put together. I have had no problem with any noise above or below me, which I had a huge problem with in my previous apartment. The location is central to everything in saint louis and very close to shops and restaurants. I absolutely love living here!

Sunnen Station is great! The move in process was simple and fast. The building is beautiful and the leasing agents are great! The property is safe and very ideal for location. I love the elevators and how much they helped during move in. Great community, amazing pool, and lobby!
