Property Ratings at Sunflorin Village
My wife & I have been living here for couple years. It’s really nice and cozy here. Management is amazing. When any maintenance needed to be done. They’re always on time and get it fix’s. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.
Apartments are close to Elk Grove and relatively quiet. Management is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Rental prices are reasonable. There are two pools, three laundry rooms and a basketball court. They are trying to get the tenants more involved
Sun florin was ok, I lived on the main street side which sucked, you heard traffic all day and night and it only quieted down between the hours of 2-4am. I did have to deal with some roaches which they called water bugs SMH , I clearly know they difference (I used ortho home defense to keep them at bay) and also seen rats crawling across my patio. Other than the homeless digging in the trash, I can say management was ok and so was the handyman he fixed stuff promptly and was always courteous. Lastly, I was filing my light sockets so bugs couldn't come through and a whole termite fell out, that's what made me say " I have to go' this place is old but not worth how money much they are trying to charge. if you need a quick place to stay and oly pln to stay a year, go for it.
sunflorin village apts. on florin road is not really a bad place to live . its quiet.at night and most people are friendly . but the apts themselves are not worth that kind of money. the cabnetry is worn out as the apliances are too. the hardware is out dated. its like a one bedfoom is woth about 650 a month plus their requirment and deposite fres are way to high
