A good place to live with an excellent location in Fremont. However, there are some areas for improvement, such as the laundry, which is expensive, and the parking, where company vehicles take up spaces that should be available for residents with standard cars. Additionally, the apartments facing the street would benefit from noise-proof windows, as the traffic noise is very loud.

I love the Sundale apartments. The staff is super friendly and have always gone above and beyond. The property is always kept clean. Room for improvement would be to possibly try to get washer and dryer machines fixed in a more efficient timely manner and to enforce no smoking within the required 25 feet of the building. However, overall I am content to be a resident here.

Great place to reside peacefully especially to kids and senior citizens. The gated environment makes it much more safer to live. On time maintenance is highly appreciated.

Never had much complaints except hot summers and not having an in unit laundry. Good starter apartment if you are new to Fremont. Walkability to shops and basic needs are highlights.

i love how close by everything is from groceries to shopping and laundromats although the laundry units charge a but it can be convient for emergencies and leasing office people extremely helpful and friendly!

Nice spot close by shopping center freeway but need to upgrade the bathroom other then that it’s gated community safe has security guards and the management team is very helpful.

While the apartment itself is nice, I've had a recurring issue with water leaks from the unit above. This has happened THREE times, damaging my bathroom, closet, and living area and the problem remains unresolved.

Quiet environment for the most part , good area ,the school are pretty close by and multiple options to chose from, there’s alot of shopping centers clo by as well at walking distances.

I am staying here for almost around 4 years now. Loved this place. The staff are very helpful. Few cons are no AC is available in units and no gym is available.

The residency was roughly okay. Several drawbacks, such as broken handles, light bulbs, missing kitchen sink drain strainer, and worst internet quality ever.

Current Resident of Sundale. Nice community and perfect location. Apartments are quite old and definitely need a facelift. Amenities are ok. Wish for a few temperature control features inside the home; at least a ceiling fan. Good starter if you are new to Fremont.

I have loved being at the unit so far, the vibe and overall atmosphere have been really nice. I am very much enjoying my time here so far. Just have to get fully moved in.

Our experience here has been great! I will say the apartments are a bit outdated but over all they are nice ! The staff is also extremely sweet!

The staff is good. It's a bit noisy since my unit is by the street. My biggest complaint is the laundry room. The machine keeps breaking down.

The staff and Maintenance are very accommodating. All my service requests have been handled immediately. I feel safe living here. It seems like residents keep to themselves. Have been here over a year and have not met one neighbor. Noise level is not too bad.

Our apartment managers are super helpful, maintenance responds quickly, I love my downstairs apartment, which, like the pool, really came in handy in the heat!!

Honestly, this is my first apartment ever and I am very pleased with my experience. I feel comftorable here,the neighbors are nice, I wouldnt say there is much to do here as a community but I feel like the staff is good about being available and they are kind.

I haven't been here long at all but I love this community so far. People are always friendly and respectful. The pool and laundry are always free to use and clean. The grounds are kept in great order and I absolutely love the added storage option, talk about a lifesaver. A swim a day and time on my little patio make me extremely satisfied. Thanks for inviting me in with open arms. :)

Nice community with reasonable rent. Not much noise, expedite repair service. Centrally located in Fremont; Close to Costco, grocery stores and Fremont hub.

Great location and neat community. Maintenances are attended to promptly. Only wish if they could have installed a couple of ceiling fans or air-condition in the unit even as an option would make it perfect.

Office staff always friendly and kind. Diana and Maria are very personable and prompt with any action needed! Maintenance crew as well has kept up our surrounding areas and have been quick to respond to matters when needed.

Location is nice, as it is close to Fremont Hub and Pacific Commons, but parking is scarce and the pedestrian gate rarely opens with the key

Good community. But I wish there will be a grill in the pool area and they update the laundry room. The washing machine and the dryer are quite old.

Loud due to traffic can never sleep and pool is never clean. It is starting to warm up so let's see if it gets cleaned. All the light fixtures are coming off the wall. They were not installed correctly
