I love living at Sunbow. The leasing office staff are kind and helpful. In addition, the maintenance staff have a quick response time and ensure that all issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner. The porters keep the property clean and the neighbors are friendly and also keep the community clean. Noise is not an issue here. Parking is sufficient. I have been living here 7 months and have no complaints.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well-maintained, the neighbors are kind, and the management team has always been responsive and helpful. It truly feels like home here!
If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place to live that is pet friendly as well, I highly recommend Sunbow Villas. The management staff is friendly and also send out monthly newsletters letting tenants know about the food trucks coming in the month. It’s always a new vendor and something to look forward to. The office also holds raffles on certain holidays and are very welcoming to come grab treats etc. Living at Sunbow feels part of a community. I highly recommend Sunbow Villas.

Sunbow Villas is a quiet, family, pet loving community. The grounds are well manicured and late evenings I have seen security patrol car on the grounds. I reside in a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment, it’s spacious and comfortable. It does get chilly because the windows are single pane.

This place is TRASH! I lived in 744 apt 184 for less than 2 1/2 months. It's full of bugs! Flying insect's inside the unit, and lots of spiders all over the unit! But, nothing beats the nasty termites all over the kitchen cabinets, drawers and bathroom cabinets. Moldy odor all over the apartment especially in both "new" carpet bedrooms. The maintenance guy Josue and his maintenance supervisor both just painted over mold and everything instead of fixing the actual problem.

Sunbow is family friendly, clean and most importantly safe.
Super quiet all around everyone in the community is super friendly
I would recommend this place to any of my friends knowing that staff Nancy was very responsive on time and very helpful when it came down to any trouble I had . Place feels like home already just by seeing pictures online ans staff just made it 10x better .

I have dealt with neighbors from HELL in these APARTMENTS !! I I would not recommend anyone that wants to live in a peaceful quiet neighborhood . First , of all they place families together and if you're living on the bottom you hear everything from upstairs. Also , they allow big dogs and like I said if you're living on the bottom you just hear the thumping and thumping . Than you get the loud military guys having their parties. Sunbow only cares for your MONEY . We had to break our LEASE due to all this Stupidness and still had to PAY !!! I'm Happy to LEAVE SUNBOW !!

We absolutely love living here. Very convenient located (close to shopping centers and freeway). We love the in unit washer and dryers and the fact that you allow dogs. We feel like we get a great value compared to apartment communities available nearby.
I would recommend this apartments because of the excellent service and location.
I've only had one interaction with Francisco. He is professional and friendly; however, he did complete the items that needed to be serviced when I brought them to his attention. I had to walk over to the office to put in my service request and they still are not completed.
I recommend this place all the time. Love it here. Have never had a problem. Everyone is pleasant and the Office Staff, Elsie, Todd and Lauren are simply FANTASTIC!

It's pretty quiet here and everyone that I've met so far is polite and friendly. Every maintenance request I've put in was taken care of within a couple of days. The apartment community is also really pretty and it's clean.
