horrable place to live hot water has been off five to 6 time last month and here we go again off again today 12,14,20178 you never know when you wake up if the water is going to be on to wash your hand to washto take a shower. when you call the office there is no time frame or information to the senior that live here. what is going on on a Friday wow...…………………………………. horrable place do not move here....
Management might seem friendly at first, but prepare to be ignored if you raise any concerns or need any help. Old buildings with no upgrades. Management does not bother to enforce rules and many residents cannot be bothered with rules or basic consideration for their neighbors.
good place to live good management close to shopping.
This is a great complex for the 55 community. The staff is friendly and extremely sensitive to the needs of their residents. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond. We recently went on vacation and called the office manager the day before we returned to go into our apartment to lower the ac setting so our apartment would be cool when we returned. It is a pleasure to live here! Friendly staff and residents is a must for seniors.
