I’ve been at Sun Plaza for several years now. Management is always helpful and it’s a very comfortable place to be overall. Shopping is nearby also.

I would like to express my appreciation for Vanessa from the management team, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. While I have only been a resident of Sun Plaza Apartments for a month I can say that my neighbors have been great, with the exception of one. I have also submitted a few service requests through the portal and hope they will be addressed soon. I would like to request the implementation of security services at night, as my car was previously targeted for a break-in. Aside from this concern, I have nothing else to report. I am looking forward to a great year in my new home!
My experience with Sun Plaza so far has been great, the atmosphere is nice, neighbors are ok. Love that there is a laundry mat and small gym in the community, It’s quiet and calm at nights. Vanessa in the front office is amazing she is friendly, attentive and caring she has been so amazing helped us throughout the whole process she communicated well via phone and email. We have a few requests for maintenance that need to be completed. So far everything is well. I would recommend Sun Plaza to a friend or relative.

For the most part it is better here than some of the other places in area that aren't gated. Management has changed a couple of times since I been here; however, they all were to me pleasant and helpful.

Overall The apartments are an old community, the main problem I have had is with roaches and plumbing. It is a quiet community, the staff are great people, friendly and try their best to resolve issues I have had in the past. I would recommend the apartments mainly for the safety and peacefulness.

Sun Plaza is a very comfortable place to live. It is a fairly large community (several buildings) and is very well managed. Surroundings and landscaping is pleasant also.

Overall, it is okay here. However, they call the stairway a balcony and it really is not.
Been here since 2018; Completely happy the whole time. Would definitely recommend Sun Plaza to anyone searching.

Nice community and great service from the office staff.
Its such a scary place to live in, theres always roaches in patios and roaming around the house, spiders everywhere also.
HUSTLERS. They tow your car with no warning OR boot it without communicating with you first. My townhouse was in absolute disrepair,sliding glass door was installed BACKWARDS, my house REEKED of stale cigarette smoke for weeks. The manager calls you”sweetheart”,which is so condescending and unprofessional. My A/C hasnt worked properly. Maintenance is the ONLY professional here. He is kind and communicative.
The staff is aweful they won’t do anything to help you! The stairs are too narrow to get the beds up so maintenance has to use a ladder to take the beds through the window but I’ve lived here for almost a month and still sleep on the floor. The kitchen is infested with roaches and we had to kill a mouse! No one give a crap here once they have your money your on your own.
It's ok but no pool no washer dryer in the apartment
