I have enjoyed my time at Sun Lake Apartments. Office staff is great, maintenance has been fine. Dont know why people complain, no problems here. Sad to leave, but I got relocated. Would recommend. They even do events for the residents. had a great moving night with popcorn and burgers. Thanks to all.

The place is older but you cant beat the trees, lake and walking paths. I will take the country over city streets. Vibe is good, the office is nice and the people in it are good, I spoke with Sandra and Collin. Both nice. They do some stuff for the people too. Price is good.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here. This place is dated and full of roaches. Furthermore, no issues get resolved. It’s aweful.

This place has the best amenities. There is a lake you can use. 2 pools, even a pet parlor who does that. It also is a great value for the money. They have started doing some very nice events for the people who live her. The old management did nothing. Staff is great too.

I am appreciative of Nick in maintenance and Jaclyn in the office team at Sun Lake. There was a recent incident that involved a careless neighbor of mine, that effected my home. Hey Guys I went for a tour her this week. Had a nice lady Sandra show me around. Lots of amenities and the 2 bedroom one bath looked real nice. I got quotes for my move in February. Even got a thank you for touring. I am seriously considering leasing if my relocation goes through. Great tour.

I have lived here for a while now and I have seen great improvements recently. The whole place has new roofs, any potholes are fixed right away. Office staff is always cheerful and greets me. If I have a questions, they answer it to my satisfaction. Pool area is nice. No complaints here.

This is a nice place, do not know why they get some bad reviews. I have never had a problem with the office. They always try to solve the problem. Maintenance can be difficult to get people out to your apartment. The grounds are nice and it is pleasant.

The amenities are awesome here. They got 2 pools, tennis, a gym even a dog house to wash your dog. Its great. The apartments are a little dated, but they come with washer dryer and the prices are hard to beat. It is so expensive now, and I actually can afford this. Office staff is nice, maintenance can be a little slow to respond, but they are always cheerful. I recommend.

This place is very nice for the price. You can go somewhere newer and more expensive, but you sure wont get the nature. Its like living in a park. The schools in the area are good too and that is important. I love the pools, you get two and they are always clean.

Sun Lake i like the updates, new roofs on buildings. looks like we are going to have some events coming up. Cant wait. I have been following on instagram. Like the pics and stuff. The place has a nice nature feel. Lots of trees, a lake, birds. I really like to take walks with my dog. They got a dog parlor with pet treats! Its so cool. It was important that the feel was good for my dog, Alfie too. I can even fish.

I went to take a tour, no appointment. People in office were so nice. I waited a few minutes as it was really busy on Saturday. A nice guy colin took me on a tour, showed me all the amenities and a great one bedroom. It had a lake view. Its so hard to find a lake view apartment and spacious too. I went and applied and got approved and moved in. So easy. Place has been great so far. Stop in.

this place is great. they have stuff for the residents. had a cinco party this month. office staff did a great job. food was good, drinks were good and the people it was nice to meet my neighbors. everyone should be so lucky. now its getting warm and the pools with the grills are just the best. thank you sun lake and staff for a excellent living area and fun things to do.

I had a wonderful visit to Sun Lake Apartments! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to highways and public transportation. The management team was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure an easy move in. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be in the heart of Lake Mary.

I just gotta say that I have seen some nasty reviews about this place and the staff. I live here and have never experience any of that. They just must be angry people. People in office are nice and the maintenance too. Dont know where this is coming from. I love living here.
