The leasing office has been nothing but helpful in my moving process. They answered any questions I had and had delicious cookies in the office too.

Apartment is nice and location is ideal. Only issue is not having someone working in the office regularly. I enjoy living on the property. Oh I also wish they had a gym but I did know this when I moved in I just didn’t realize the importance of a gym on site until already living here.

We liked very much the attention received, the apartment was not delivered in very good condition, clean and with some new things inside the apartment. The maintenance staff is very friendly, the residential area is very quiet and peaceful. We are very happy to be part of this community.

Everything is good with everybody from the office neighbors and the pets very clean Is a pleasure to live here I would love to live here for long years to come

Nice staff, friendly and courteous neighbors. They are very quick to respond to my email and get maintenance done quick and efficient. I recommend this family oriented property.

Very nice apartment for my son and pet...If i ever needed any help pertaining to apt. or any questions always has been polite..Everyone that has been in office then & now very nice...includes the handyman... Thank you very much

One of the best apartment complexes I ever lived in up-to-date, clean and cute. Great quiet community, maintenance is always fast and efficient, management is always understanding and quick responses.

Most of the residents are friendly and family oriented. Some stick to themselves which is grate also. Nice amenities and friendly neighborhoods

Not a safe place. Saw a ladies dogs die here and a few peoples apartments and car get broken into. I've also seen them kick people out for no apparent reason. You can hear everything, they have no amenities. Found a new place leaving soon because the management is terrible!

This company is horrible, the management doesn't know how to do their jobs. People come in an out, my car got broken into and I just got an email stating to lock your doors when it was MY WINDOW that got broken. The walls are thin, they are horribly expensive for no amenities. Do not live here! They just recently kicked a couple out for no reason and their dogs died here.

To whom it may concern I would recommend you DO NOT move here! DO NOT RENT AT ARBOUR FLATS!!!! I moved into Arbor flats with my two dogs Daisy, Rocky and my roommate/ex-wife (she is my good friend and we make better friends btw). At the time we moved in she made it clear with the leasing office that at her previous apartment she had a debt with them that she was working out. They said, NO PROBLEM and rented to us regardless. Anyway, a year goes by everything is great and we go to renew the lease. They then tell me that we cannot renew because she owes money to her previous apartment. Which she made clear from day 1! Mind you, I am shocked because she and I had paid on time every month and she was honest from the beginning. Now, my one dog was a German shepherd so finding a place that would rent to us was already difficult! That is why we originally chose Arbor flats run by McKinley. After numerous interactions with the leasing office who kept NOT returning my calls, or emails they said she couldn’t live there. March 8th my dog Daisy passed away, she was 10. My ex-wife didn’t want Rocky to be homeless so she said she would move out and I could keep Rocky and stay. She then moved out and got another place. I more than enough to take care of the rent myself and I was told that I just needed to provide income verification, which I did. Alexandria the property manager also came to do an inspection and told him me I need to get new blinds and the carpets cleaned, which I was willing to do. July 09th, my German shepherd who was 9, passed away and July 10th I find out my ex-wife has stage 1 ovarian cancer. Anyway, Alexandria the leasing office tells me that they just need to do a manual override so I can resign the lease and everything would be fine. A week goes by and I hear NOTHING. I called every day for an additional week, and went to the office but Alexandria was never there supposedly. Find out on 07/30/2018 that they won’t renew to me either. I said he’d even pay the month to month amount or just keep paying it and they said they wouldn’t accept my PAYMENTS!!!! We never had complaints from other neighbors, we paid on time every month and they let us sign a lease KNOWNING she had owed money. They lie to your face and do not respond. DO NOT MOVE HERE! BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU’LL EVER MAKE.

Be sure to go over your lease with a fine tooth comb, because they randomly charge you hundreds of dollars for garbage charges. Maybe look nice on the outside major bug issues extra fees and very paperthin walls.

A big company comes in slaps on some paint and does some landscaping and raises the rent 350.00. No amenities and very small. Very thin walls and if you live on the ground floor even if your neighbor upstairs is tiptoeing it sounds like they will fall through the ceiling. Management is good but defiantly not worth the price.

Arbor alley is a great adorable apartment complex. Great for small families and new apartment renters. This is a small complex, but very neat with lots of parking. Extremely close to gandy beach.
