I have been living here for over 10 years. Never really wanted to go anywhere else. It's been nice and quiet and peaceful around here. I hope to stay here a few more years. Thanks Summitt Ridge.
There's always a lot of trash in the entryway. The building's exterior is unkempt. The structure above the entrance will soon fall off. There are mice in the apartment. The entryway and elevator stink.
The price for the square footage is hard to beat! I'm excited to find a place to call home with extremely helpful staff, that is just south of Denver, and has given me the space I need for a price that is actually affordable.

I have lived at Summitt Ridge for over 3 years now and have just now signed a 4th lease. Both the maintenance and office staff have always been excellent but I'm especially appreciative of the team they currently have. I've recently moved from one building to another and both staff and management went above and beyond during the entire process. I can't thank them enough.

As the summitt ridge team would say, I trust this review finds you in happy spirits and good health. Get ready for empty greetings, empty words, and empty promises. They claim to strive towards the highest standard of cleanliness, but this standard is only applied to the building where the model room is. The trash chutes are constantly clogged, residents litter in the hallway and parking lot, and you can find strangers rifling through the dumpsters. I guess there’s one word that sums up this place: garbage The leasing office shows no attention to detail and the customer service is abysmal. They will shut the water off with no notice. When my husband called to complain, Andrea told him that “a line was forming” so she had to get off the phone. The communication is terrible and the managers are always conveniently unavailable. When you’re lucky enough to get a hold of a manager, they will promise to resolve the issue, then seemingly do nothing about it. In April 2024, they started issuing a non-compliance fee for renters insurance. Despite being told by a manager that our insurance information was accurate, we’ve been seeing the non-compliance fee in our ledger since April. We have gone to the leasing office multiple times every month to resolve the issue, but to no avail. There is no “missing the mark” or “falling short” if the services you provide are consistently poor.

Terrible place to live!! Dogs aren’t walked on leashes, cars in garages are stolen, the employees are horrendous. This place is treated like a slum, not a community.

This apartment complex is one of the better ones I’ve lived in over the years. The property is well kept and the apartment is spacious and has all the appliances and amenities that I was looking for. If there are maintenance issues they come to address them within a reasonable time frame and the staff is very helpful.

Great location, generally friendly maintenance and office staff, nice amenities (those which are functioning), but many projects take forever to get fixed, replaced or repaired.

This complex has the basic amenities of a pool, clubhouse, gym, etc. and has the same challenges that any complex has - a couple of bad eggs with legal issues, drugs in the parking garage, families fighting that Front Range officers respond. The biggest challenges are the consistent increase in rent and consistent decrease in quality of the community environment, maintenance supports, and contractors. For perspective, I've never even contacted the office leadership until the events below occurred and all of my bills are on autopay. While the office staff are polite, I've found that getting issues resolved and response to phone calls and emails is lacking. I put in a service request on January 4th after finding evidence of a mice in my unit and didn't receive a response until January 7th or pest control until January 9th. Despite me leaving instructions as to where the pest issue was, pest control only placed sticky traps placed in my kitchen when I was out. The remainder of my service requests were cancelled on January 11th. Despite me reaching out on January 14th and January 17th, I did not receive a response until January 20th stating that my concerns would have to be escalated to higher level manager. I contacted the office and left additional emails on January 22nd, January 25th, February 4th, February 5th, and February 8th. While I received an email on February 9th stating that the heating boards could not be cleaned of the mouse droppings and hair, I purchased an air purifier to cope with the odor and health concerns regarding pest droppings that were unaddressed, but did not receive resolution on my concerns sent on January 14th. The next time i had support with the pest control issues was on February 20th with their team offering to plug the hole with steel wool. I had to purchase my own traps to kill 7 mice in my apartment and due to the lack of responsiveness, they ended up damaging a ton of my belongings which had to be disposed.

Summit Ridge is great, but the maintenance team just doesn't do their jobs at all anymore. Extremely frustrating to have a broken dishwasher and water coming through the floor while maintenance just tells us nothing is wrong.

Nice, spacious and green community, very close to DTC, and the Southmoor LRT Station. Will definitely recommend this community to anyone who wants to rent here.

Application experience was so negative it was reason enough for me to pull the application. Calling there office always goes to voice mail, no one ever calls you back. Emailing with someone named Andrea, who takes days to respond and does not actually answer questions so I have to repeat them multiple times. I showed up for a scheduled tour because I was told I could see the actual unit, only to get there and find no one in the office and be told that the unit I had planned to tour was not ready. The horrendous lack of communication and responsibility is the sole reason I decided to pull my application. This leasing agent/office does not care at all about bringing in residents or making any part of the process positive. Avoid at all costs.

When I moved here five years ago the community was taken care of better. Now it seems owners and management don't care about the residents.

This complex is just so poorly run. I initially chose it because they do have green space and had just re-done the pool area, it seemed quiet and peaceful. I spent a year living here and have had so many issues. Multiple times I have come home to no heat, or no hot water, and zero explanation or care from the leasing office. Frequent leaks in my building that forced people to move units, people smoking in the building, setting off the fire alarms for 30 minutes in the middle of the night, clogged trash chutes, etc. The indoor carpeted hallways REEK of dog pee thanks to owners who wait too long or don't diaper their older, incontinent dogs. The carpets are rarely (if ever) cleaned. The complex does not keep the pool clean. It was green and unusable by the end of the summer despite several residents requesting it be cleaned. They did not even open the pool until mid June this year. The website also says that the gym is open 24/7. It is not. It closes at 6 before most people are home from work, so I started paying for a gym membership. This is dishonest and false advertising. I brought it to their attention but they have not updated the website. The most recent ridiculous issue is that the leasing office had all of the door locks and call boxes replaced--BEFORE they had new key fobs to give residents. It has been 3 weeks and I still cannot get in the front door of my own building where I pay to live. If they had ANY foresight and got a head count and handed out key fobs BEFORE replacing locks, this would not be an issue. This is so dumb I just don't understand what they were thinking. Residents were given no heads up and just came home locked out of their buildings. Lastly (I realize this is a resident issue, not the complex's fault) in the first month I lived here, my car was totaled in a hit and run. It was parked IN their private "gated" lot (the gates have never functioned while I've lived here) under my apartment and a woman in the next building jumped a sidewalk (???) and smashed multiple cars including mine. The neighbors you can look forward to if you live here! I had constant anxiety about my car and belongings here. Living here was stressful and infuriating. I had to borrow space heaters all winter because the heat is so unreliable and the huge glass windows/doors are so drafty. I'm sick of coming home and smelling pee-soaked carpet in the halls. I'm over paying for amenities I can't even use. Do not recommend.

There are no word to describe the sate of the apartment complex. All I can say is to go walk the grounds and look at the room you will be renting before making a decision. Do not recommend

Overall it's a decent apartment complex. The apartments are older but I do like the washer/dryer in the unit, plus the apartments are spacious and maintenance usually completes request in a 24hr window. Staff is friendly and responds to request in a timely manner. There seems to be more cars than parking spots. The front gates don't always work but nothing is perfect. It's a decent place to live.

The location is great, the staff is generally personable. However there are many things that really need attention on a weekly or monthly basis. Things that could be quickly and inexpensively fixed. A punch list comes to mind. Too much emphasis seems to be placed on long-term capital projects.
