Maintenance men are incompetent I put in a request that stated the bathroom sink and tub in the master bedroom. Bathroom was clogged the maintenance man trying to gaslight me and say that I put the hallway bathroom. There’s a stink bug problem. The stove is dented on the top in the middle so everything while you cook just pulls to the center. All of the doors and windows have a draft so my electric bill is $300 every month.

We love living here, but every time you turn around, they are increasing rent, water. It is tough when you are on a fixed income, we are barely keeping our head above water. We have been here 7 years, they should give old timers a break.

It would have been easy to write a great review but I am waiting to see with our new manager and also a new Maintenance manager. Plus it is to early after I did refer and did not receive any compensation as the signs all around the complex says.

Summit Pointe does have large apts for a fair price. The community has normal amenities and decent lake views.

Summit pointe apts are definitely worth checking out, their prices are comparable to other high-end apartment complexes, the community is always clean and the ponds are beautiful and well maintained, there are a wide variety of birds to watch and the apartments are beautiful. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give summit pointe a solid 9!

I've been here for nearly two months I absolutely love it the pond is beautiful with the fountains and all the willow trees and birds, the community is always kept clean, they have an excellent maintenance staff, and the office is very informative.

A beautiful way to live in Greenwood. Just minutes from Indy and Franklin. We love the scenic back porch we have and how beautiful the layout is of our apartment. This is a very nice, quiet community. The floor layout is extremely comfortable. Office staff is available or will call back within a timely manner. I'd recommend Summit Pointe for anyone looking for a nice, quite apartment.

Summit Pointe is a great place to live. Friendly staff, friendly residents, and amazing apartments. Driving distance to alot of stuff Greenwood has to offer and easy to get to downtown if needed. I would definitely recommend Summit Pointe to anyone. Glad I decided to live here.

Absolutely love this complex! The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the neighbors are kind and quiet. Officials in the leasing office are all helpful and prompt, maintenance guys are always on top of it. Never had an issue here that wasn't resolved immediately

Summit Pointe is an excellent living community. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable and clean. The community is safe and the grounds are clean. Pet people here, which includes me, pick up after their pets.
Summit Point is a fabulous community. If there is the small chance something is wrong, the office will make it a point to correct whatever it is as quickly as possible. All the staff is pleasant and charming and your neighbors are as well. No bad vibes here

It was so easy to view available apartments and accurate prices via the website. I applied online after taking a virtual tour and the lease was provided through email. This was the most seamless move I have ever had. Apartment was clean upon move in and we love the floor plan and lake view. Can't wait to enjoy the pool this summer! Neighbors are pleasant and community feels safe and is quiet.

Summit Pointe is a great Community in Greenwood, Indiana. It has roomy apartments at a decent price that are located in a great area. Pet friendly, family friendly and fit friendly with trails around the area. Its also conveniently located by A: the Interstate B: Grocery Stores and C: Restaurants.
Very nice property with responsive managerial team and promptness per maintenance requests. Property is conveniently located to the Interstate, eateries, grocery, medical, etc.

I always thought living and making a home at SP would be great. It has surpassed all my expectations. I truly enjoy my residence here and also where my home is located in the complex!! I also really like the location as far as how easy and convenient it is to get to other parts of Greenwood and also Indy 1 minute from interstate 65 is such a plus!!
