The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Summit Pointe
we lived in a one-bedroom then moved to a 2, where we've been for a few years. when a new person arrived at the office we started having a few issues. maintenance is hit or miss. kitchen is small. BUT the bathroom is huge, closet space is awesome, having a patio or balcony is nice. there is a really pretty walking trail, it is super close to the bus stop, and i love the pool. we have never had a problem with any neighbor. i have lived in bloomington for many years and this is by far my favorite place i have ever had.
