Summit Place has truly felt like home from the moment I moved in. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help—whether it’s answering questions, planning fun community events, or just saying hi when you walk through the clubhouse. The community atmosphere here is one of my favorite parts. There’s always something going on, and it’s a great way to meet people and actually feel connected to where you live.

I used to go into the office for the grab-and-go resident events that they held, but after talking with Carli and Nicole, they really brought me the feeling that they enjoyed my company in the office. They seem to actually care about the residents and the staff just gives off such a positive vibe that feels very welcoming. Even if I'm in there to just say hey, I am always offered drinks and snacks which is nice :) This made it really easy to renew for the following year.

I absolutely love it here. The building is new so it is super modern and great living space. I love the pool and can't wait to use it this summer. The value is great because it is right downtown and lets me be close to the life and fun of Charleston.
