The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Summit Park Apartments
No matter how many times you go to leasing they won’t come to fix heater, air conditioner, or other stuff. We used to freeze to death when it was snowing cuz they didn’t came to fix it. And when it’s summer they won’t never ever come. All they need is monthly rent. They don’t care about people who are working hard to pay for rent. All they care about is “money”.
Do NOT live here. The maintenance staff will not come fix issues like leaking and broken pipes, bad caulking, broken appliances, broken windows, broken doors, bad flooring or really anything else. I have been a resident for over a year and a half, i renewed my lease because the property was taken over by Cap City Apartments. They promised they would get maintenance to come out and they were working with contractors to fix major issues like broken doors and windows. They have been in control of the complex for 8 months and have not done anything more than keep me on hold for absurd amounts of time, dodge calls and not put in maintenance requests. I have called Code Enforcement and so have a few of my neighbors, these issues are getting ignored and not being put as a priority. I don't know about you, but broken windows and a broken front door is pretty important to me. My water bill JUST THIS MONTH was almost $200 dollars because of leaking pipes. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

It's not even poor this place is absolutely abysmal. I'm so very serious people, don't use this as a first or last resort. Roaches, mix, busted fixtures, bad landlords. Trust me you're all better off finding somewhere else to live then in the actual slums of this complex
