Great place to live. I have been here for 3 years. Maintenance staff is always very attentive to any repairs needed. Robert helped today to repair a couple of things. He is always pleasant and reliable. In addition the management stays on top of things ensuring a pleasant living environment.

Summit Crossing is easily the best apartment complex that I have lived in. First, the apartments are well designed and well constructed. Next, the apartments and the entire complex is well maintained. The maintenance maintenance people are quick to respond to any maintenance request and do first class work. Lastly, the management staff is very friendly and very helpful with any issue that arises. I moved out of the apartments only because I had to move to another state.

Summit Crossing is a nice place to live. I am staying there for more than 6 months. I loved it. Leasing office members are very helpful and supportive. Specifically Connie helped me multiple times and she is always ready to help.

We moved from Los Angeles a few months ago. We looked at a dozen places before we chose this place. Clean. Quiet. I go on my runs in the evenings. I had to call the office for one minor issue and they were on top of it. Hats off to the staff and the maintenance employee for being prompt and efficient!!

We have lived in Phase 1 at Summit Hill Apartments since 2018. We love the community and our townhome. The grounds are kept nice and neat and it is so family and pet friendly. When contacting the office due to issues with the A/C, their response was prompt! We just signed a new 17 month lease.

The maintenance crew is incredible! Quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. They also keep the grounds clean which is appreciated when you have visitors. The front office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is my one neighbor who will complain if they hear any noise after 10 pm. And I do mean any noise, including normal household noises. However, the front office handled it professionally with her.

I was searching for apartments online and came across this complex. I decided to give them a call and Felicia answered. Let me tell you, she was SPECTACULAR and so kind on top of that. She helped me pick out which floor plan would be the best for my personal needs. Everything from which plan would be best with a pet, which would have the most sunlight, etc. In addition, she answered any of the million questions I had and was very patient with me. Within 24 hours of that phone call, I was moved into my new place. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my new apartment. Thank you Felicia!

If I could I would give 0 star, this is a very bad apartment complex,my apartment flooded because of their mistake,they damaged my new furniture and did not pay a penny,they didn’t even charge carpet in the apartment during this pandemic time ,I am concerned about my health and my family health.

**PLEASE READ**I feel it is my duty to inform incoming renters. Please hold out for something better. They are absolutely not willing to work with you in ANY WAY. We're in the middle of a pandemic and many of us have lost our jobs, or have had our hours reduced drastically. Yet we've managed to keep paying our rent above everything else. I would point out to any prospective renters that there are a multitude of predatory fees hidden in your lease which, because we didn't maintain encyclopedic knowledge of, they are attempting to burn us for $1468.00 despite paying rent/utilities on-time for the entirety of our contract. Never late, never missed a payment and now because we missed their notice window by 16 days, (a slight oversight on our part....maybe bc so many more important things are going on in the world right now) they want to charge us $1468.00. I'm not not breaking the lease, but fulfilling my obligation as a responsible tenant. And they are also TRYING to lock me into the lease till August 22nd, when my lease is up on August 6th. It all feels very sneaky and they are trying to take advantage of a very stressful situation. We've been unable to use the pool or gym for 3 months due to the pandemic, still they kept collecting my rent which partially goes to maintain these amenities. Are they going to refund me any money? No. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR WITH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. CHOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. The guy I spoke to over the phone, MARK, was useless. After every sentence I would say, he regurgitated the same line, from the same script. I finally had to tell him he could stop repeating himself because it was taking the conversation nowhere. Beyond unprofessional. ADDITIONALLY: For some reason the trash bin is always overflowing or broken. They bring in a dumpster that sits in front of the entrance/exit of the complex for everyone to see and smell upon entering and leaving. The recycling area is a free for all. This review will be cross posted.

I have lived here since 2010. I moved in because the location was great, the residents were courteous and the staff was very personable. I used to send thank you notes in with my rent, just to say thanks. However, in the last few years the staff has really been my main reason for leaving (aside from the horrible Internet that you have to have.) They are not willing to work with you, they roll their eyes went you ask them for anything. As a business owner myself, yes I deal with contracts and people but I would never deal with people the way that they do.
Garbage is always overflowing. There is NO parking....unless you're home during the day/ during the week. Rent goes up at least $100 every time your lease needs to be renewed. Tenants smoke IN the pool right beside children and nothing is done. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Management is horrible/ extremely rude. The main gate and the visitor gate was not working one day and I called the office and they told me it would be an hour or so before it was fixed....meanwhile, I had a car full of groceries and no way to get into my place. I told her this, her response was "like I said, it will be an hour or so before it can be fixed." I have had several other issues with the office as well, never pleasant. I also told them one day after turning in my 60 day notice that my new home may not be reason exactly on the day planned. They basically said, good luck, we'll cross our fingers that it is, because we have already leased your place. 400 is right behind us and you can hear it all the time....
I have been here for a year and am renewing my lease because I love it here. It's a very close-knit community. Neighbors look out for one another and I have made several friends since moving here. The staff is wonderful and are very quick to respond to any maintenance needs. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are awesome! I can't imagine living anywhere else.
You get a comfortable place for the price. No outdoo r amenities except for pool. Need walk/run course and tennis courts.
We have been living in the Summit Crossing community for the past two years, and have enjoyed our time here until we moved from phase 2 to phase 1. First, I want to say they really were helpful when we had to switch apartments after finding out my wife was pregnant. We moved into the new apartment (2 bedroom townhouse) in October of 2014. Soon after we had a family move in next door to us. Needless to say it has been increasingly frustrating as they are the loudest people we have ever shared a wall with. Parties with (what I assume are bongos) kids who scream, jump off their bed, and hit our walls at night. It is July 2014 we have a 3 month old who is woken up on many occasions to banging on his walls. Management is MIA on this and is impossible to work with at this stage. They say call the courtesy officer and have him enter your apt. To hear the noise and then they will act. We have tried this to no avail. Officers are never available and send a dispatch unit. The dispatch has no authority to issue warnings and if they do our neighbors ignor. We hope management can become more organized or we will have to leave.
Summit Crossing is a nice quiet place to live . Everyone in the complex is really nice but management could be a lot nicer.
Don't let them tell you the road noise isn't an issue...IT IS! YOU CAN HEAR GA 400 24/7. Management issues and Garbage always full!!
This apartment complex is very nice. The only thing bad about the apartments is you can hear every little noise. Not very soundproof at all...other than that the staff is very nice and maintenance staff is great!
I've lived at the new townhome segment of this apartment complex and it has been a negative experience from day one. Pros 1) Location, nothing negative to say. Lots of good schools near by and many different shopping plazas. 2) Pool, however during summer days it is constantly crowded. Cons 1) Very minimum noise cancellation between townhomes, you can hear any loud noises or banging through the walls very easily. 2) Lack of parking, some townhomes have up to 5 residences living in them, each with their own vehicle, allowing no space for your own at night. 3) Constant maintenance on the apartment and the area around it, some things literally make no sense on why they would build it that way. 4) Amount of space for the amount of money you are spending is absurd. Overall, if you can find another subdivision do so. You can easily rent out an entire home for only $50/month more than living here. Keep searching.
There arent many choices for rentals in Forsyth County where we want our children to go to school. This one stands out as the best!!!
