Property Ratings at Summit at TPC
Avoid this place. The only good thing is the trails behind the property. Everything else is a nightmare: three different trash fees, valet trash that often doesn’t show, and no big trash container at times. Gates are always open, police chases have happened here, there’s been gun violence, and cars get broken into or stolen. Packages are stolen as they refuse to fix parcel dispensing cubbies. Management just blames “previous owners” instead of fixing anything. Not worth the risk or the money.

We'd like to clarify that our residents are charged a trash fee included with utility billing, as outlined in the lease agreement, in addition to one valet trash fee. The well-being of our residents continues to be a top priority for our team, and we'll always do everything we can to ensure that our residents are well taken care of. Our community has not experienced any recent incidents, and our team will continue to do everything we can to prioritize our residents. Our team has been actively working with our delivery drivers to resolve your package locker concerns, and we will continue to monitor this situation. Our new waste management vendor is delivering our community dumpsters this afternoon, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
