Property Ratings at Summit at Heartland Village
Maybe I've adjusted to poor customer service and inflation. I suspect that, in the interest of maintaining sanilty, I've come to accept such realities. The owner is Zieben Group, a real estate development and investment company in Houston, TX, that does not answer the phone. I haven't found a way to contact them (phone, email, fax). The management is NOW Pratum Co. which has only been on the job since the Spring of 2025, so it's too early to tell if it gives a flip about the 80 unit complex and its residents. The leasing office has gone through 4 managers and 2 maintenance guys since we moved here 3 years ago. The landscaping and pest control services are irregular. The grass and weeds are overgrown and the bushes haven't been pruned this year (rose bushes 4 feet high)! Heartland Village will raise your rent and take your money but it does not provide a well-kept property with courteous, responsive staff.
