30 minutes north of Denver is where you’ll find Interlocken, a suburb set in the vast open spaces of Broomfield. Beautiful green space, business parks, and new apartment developments line its vast boulevards, all exposed to views of the mountains to the west.
Central HOA Park stretches along Interlocken Blvd. through a large section of the neighborhood. It’s a welcome stretch of green for renters and professionals who work and live in Interlocken. There’s also Flatiron Crossing, an impeccably designed shopping center that offers up a variety of buzzing restaurants, stores, and an upscale movie theater.
Those in search of nightlife will appreciate the short drive to both Denver and Boulder on the turnpike, and all the easily accessible wilderness that Colorado is known for.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Bell is receiving one star only because I can’t put zero!!! We lived here for 2.5 years, moved in when AMLI owned and managed and was so happy to call this place our home. Since Bell took over, this property has become dirty, run down, ghetto, unsafe....yet prices are going up. Management is horrible and treat us customers horribly. They take no ownership over anything, always pointing blame towards someone else. They somehow manage to tack on extra charges and fees for no apparent reason. If you try to speak with staff about any issues....good luck, they will tell you it’s not their fault, do nothing about it, and just waste your time and make you frustrated because they honestly don’t care about making their residents happy. They are not professional in communicating with residents. And the manager responding to these reviews....do you even work at this location? If so you are full of it, and lying to everyone here. Coming to your leasing office to work things out??? We’ve done that sooo many times with the same frustrating outcome. You waste our time dealing with nonsense, with no actual outcome or resolution. If you don’t work at this office and just respond on behalf of this company.....for heavens sake.....escalate these complaints to someone that can actually make improvements and changes. We can tell you guys aren’t doing well because of the clientele that are moving in. You are losing all the working professionals and college kids are moving in....because that’s the only clientele you can get. Everyone else will pay more to not have to live under your management.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! they only get 1 star because I can’t give zero. This complex was great under amli ran it. Once bell took over it’s just been the worst community ever. Staff is incredibly rude. Manager never involved it’s always the rude staff. There’s always construction now but nothing ever gets finished. The gym has broken equipment for months (because they’re building a new one they say, but you could maintain the existing one!). They will nickel and dime you every chance they get! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Or any bell property for that mattter.

I lived here under AMLI ownership and Bell ownership. Thought I'd never leave when AMLI was here. Unfortunately, Bell has convinced me otherwise. Since I moved in here, Bell has spent a good deal of money on cosmetic renovation to bring in new tenants but has spent little attention or expenditure to concerns brought about by current tenants. From my experience, what you will not hear from the leasing office/Bell Reputation Team is contained below: 1. The Luxury Apartment market is a bad one to buy in to right now in Colorado. Their prices continue to soar as rental house rates are starting to come down. 2. There are frequent break-ins in the parking garage. It's poorly lit, has no cameras, and the garage doors are left open for maintenance frequently. 3. Estimated rates online are $100-200 below what is truly being charged at this complex. Additionally, your rental rate will be increased approximately $250-350 annually ($125/lease signee) if you chose to renew. 4. The "24/7 mail room" system is often down, but there is a support line you can call to open the door for you. Also, USPS does not utilize the package room. They will still give you a slip to pick up from the post office. 5. Your complaints about anything in your apartment will truly be taken into consideration. Your complaints about anything outside of your apartment will be posted to a community board and generally disregarded.
Management does not care what residents want. Would rather fine people for having a grill than complete any of the numerous ‘renovations’ they start but can’t finish. No concern for safety of residents or their belongings. If you pay for your car to be ‘protected in the garage,’ know that the garage doors rarely work and the complex doesn’t care that cars and motorcycles are being vandalized and stolen. Bottom line: Choose to live somewhere else.

The amount of crime in this community has gotten ridiculous the past few months. Crimes include a truck being stolen out of the garage, phones being taken out of peoples units when they take their dog for a walk, and countless parts stolen off of vehicles. The people in the community continues to break the garage door and when it is working cars continue to sneak in without using their passes. Do not move here unless you want to have your vehicle stolen or taken apart piece by piece.

The management couldn't run a McDonalds if their lives depended on it. Lack of accountability and reliability. Nothing ever gets done and yet they have the nerve to tack on EXTRA items to your monthly rent that have no correlation to actual charges. This place is a joke save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I've never lived in a place that cared less about the comfort of it's residents. The maintenance staff in this complex (if they ever do respond to your request to fix something) will do the bare minimum work required. I have submitted numerous requests through various avenues (through the online request system, calling the office and calling the maintenance line) and they still have not fixed the issue. The complex used to be owned and maintained by AMLI and was bought out by Bell around September of 2016 if i remember correctly. I was hopeful that the change would be for the better, but they somehow managed to make it worse. The only "nice" aspect Bell is contributing are renovated hallways. Woo-hoo.
Our experience has been horrible since Bell took over from AMLI. All the old staff has been replaced with Bell staff, who are rude and completely unwilling to work with you in anyway at all. Bell staff has completely quit maintaining the inner hallways, they have not been cleaned since Bell took over. There have also been a multitude of college aged people who have moved in over last few months. They are rude, loud, and extremely messy. All of which Bell staff ignores complaints, and also makes no effort to clean up the messes they leave behind. There has been a carton of eggs broken in our hallway for over 6 weeks now. Not only have the people who dropped them made no effort to clean them up, but Bell staff has made no effort to clean them up. Our monthly rent has increased as well, with charges on our bill that were not there before Bell took over. My husband and I are still under an AMLI Lease and were told that lease would be honored by Bell until it expired. When I contact the manager about the extra charges, she refused to discuss them with me. She stated only that they are following all AMLI procedures. She also did not care that I had proof from past statements that this is not true. There are also many exterior security doors that are broken, and the parking garage door is broken with no effort to fix them from Bell staff (all features we pay extra for here). This is only a couple of the big things that are broken, this does not include the many other things that are broken around the property. My husband and I will definitely be looking for a new place to live at the end of our lease here.
