A walk into the first floor features the living area, kitchen, full bath, laundry, locked storage room and access to private barbecue/patio area. Up the stairs on the second floor you'll find two bedrooms and two full baths. NO APPLICATION FEE! $25 non-refundable admin fee to cover background and credit check.
