I extremely love. My community is very quiet. The property is very clean. The office staff and the maintenance team is very prompt and help you with your knees and concerns. I've never had a problem with the community maintenance. Or office staff, it's been a very great experience from the very beginning from just even filling out the application. The very courteous it makes my family feel safe. No break in no car thefts. No trash land around no loud music. Or or inappropriate things happen in the community. Very great, quiet, 5 star community.

Have just moved in this year and so far it’s great! The leasing agents and maintenance staff are absolutely fantastic, always prompt attending to any of our questions or concerns. The location is pretty good as well traffic not too bad if heading toward Fayetteville for work or children’s school, shopping center not too far either.

Summerwell Deerhaven are great new homes to lease. I like the state of the art features in my home such as the frigidaire stainles steel electric stove with a warm zone; framed mirrors in all bathrooms. I love my private fenced yard; the floor plans; brick front; friendly and professional office staff and maintenance personnel; professionally landscaped yards and SmartRent Smart home features which includes electronic locks and thermostats.
