The Summertree Waitlists are closed for both the 2- and 3-bedroom units. We do not have 1-bedroom units at this property. Due to a significant drop in move outs the waitlists will not be re-opening this year (2026). We currently have over 50 applicants on each list and fill our available units through the waitlists. If you completed a waitlist packet you will be contacted by Management as soon as you are at the top of the waitlist to start the application process. Spacious, well equipped, individual entry row homes with a choice of two-bedroom one bath and three-bedroom two bath plans including individually controlled heating/air conditioning, mini blinds and washer/dryer connections. All units prewired for cable, internet and phone. Private street in a quiet residential setting with parking at residences. Adjacent to public golf course, recreational/aquatic center park and walking trail. Transportation and shopping nearby. Please know we do not have model units to show here at Summertree Rental Residences. This property works from waitlists.
