Property Ratings at Summers Point Apartments
I’ve been having issues with my ac since I’ve moved here and they still haven’t fixed anything. They are always charging fines and making up excuses on why they are charging us! Ac leaks so much that it literally mad our ceiling look bad and causing a bad smell whenever the ac turned on. Managers are never in the office when they are open and they NEVER answer calls. Don’t recommend this
UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: The person that broke into my apartment while I was at the gym was a RESIDENT of the complex and I am now pursuing legal actions against the complex. To be honest the staff is very friendly, but it’s a very unsafe complex. I can speak from experience as my apartment was broken into while I was at the gym. They were able to push the LOCKED window out of the windowsill and climb in through the window, took my TV and a few other valuable items and left through my front door leaving it unlocked. I am now in the process of ending my lease early as it’s not a safe complex and not a safe area. I’ve also had a homeless man standing in front of my door step doing drugs as I was waking to my apartment. I’ve seen countless drug deals happening behind dumpsters as I attempted to take the trash out, you can constantly hear the homeless people on drugs screaming at night, people drive like absolute maniacs on the road, I’ve had packages stolen regularly, I’ve had homeless people harass me while walking to my car and it’s not at all gated, and from my knowledge there is not security cameras. Trust me when I say, just pay the extra few hundred dollars to live in a safer complex and avoid this place at all costs.
I'm get straight to the facts, these apartments have been the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Everything you could think bad with a apartment as far as issues I've experienced here. I move in from out of state and starting over I needed a place that was budget friendly but not too cheap. I move in and noticed roaches in random place, I had to dump buckets of water leaking from the a/c out everyday during the summer.

The manager proactively address issues on the property. The pool is inviting. The laundry and grounds are well kept. Security patrols the grounds at night. I would definitely recommend Summer's Point.
I love the maintenance staff now. When my wife and I first moved in, it was not so good.
There no reason why a person or family member wouldn't want to live here I been there to talk to the manager and I have a neighbor that live there she has a beautiful place anybody that looking for a place I would send them there to see the manager
From the beginning, and as a new tenant, I have been impressed by the staff and community. I would gladly recommend Summers Point community to anyone looking for a place to live that is reasonably priced, convenient, and leaves me feeling safe.
It's centrally located in Glendale, near the highway for easy access to the rest of the city, the area is probably one of the most diverse in Phoenix, affordable living, housing, and the level of crime isn't that extreme.
Yor don't get to see what you are getting then you are stuck no refunds.
Old buildings, poor maintenance and a bad area. On top of this is a poor management team. I received a notice on my truck stating my vehicle was improperly parked and required a parking pass, my pass was clearly visible on my window. After arguing with your useless manager i was told that it needed to be on the front window which is opposite what i was told when i picked up the pass. Get your stuff together. Would not recommend bad management, bad area and bad apartments.
I would b/c of the staff and overall maintenance of the property. I would also warn them of the neighbors that don't care.
would recommend it because its a quiet neighborhood and everyone keeps to themselves. parking is efficient with one vehicle. nice community for people with a party of one.
Moved here 2 months ago in December just before Christmas and now I know why people are leaving. Trash never gets picked up the property looks like a cyclone hit it half of the time. Parts of the buildings falling apart net been repaired since I moved in. Our patio door has yet to be fixed to work and people are wandering the parking lot at night so frequently I dare not even go out. Seems security is non existent even though they told us they have a patrol here. When you slip on the trash built up around the mail box because one of the many workers cant take out the trash it leaves you to wonder why anyone would rent here other than they overlook all the crime.
That complex is nice 2 laundry rooms clean and well kept up they are there for you as,a,fsnter they explain it very well to you about your rent how to fill out the app the bad and good about living here a very plesnat place to live they have nucs pool and itsvkept uo very well
