Poor mgt and no maitance
Well, Summerfield on Garrison Road is horrible,no help maitance no help. Was out of heat in the winter of 2015 called main office and no answer. Always an excuse the one bedrooms are to small. Lets anyone rent. Air conditioning goes bad,leaks,roaches,say they will spray every Wednesday never done but once. Drugs,prostitution,unsafe main door locks and main mgt said she had complaints on rental mgt,talks to residents about other residents thats a hippa law. Security lights never fixed in front of building. The back security lights went out never fixed again. Very,very poor mgt. Money is all they looked for. 3 over doses on drugs,needles,all in parking lot. Even police say its a bad area katto. I would never and never live here again and i would not recommend anyone to Summerfield apts on Garrison Rd. In york town.
