The Glacial Drumlin State Trail extends through Lake Mills. This bike trail extends 52 miles from Waukesha to Cottage Grove. Whether on bike or on foot, this trail provides a fascinating landscape made up of drumlins (hills of rock that resemble teardrops, formed by glaciers as they move).

Property Ratings at Summer Ridge
Just renewed my lease and we are super happy with our apartment and management/maintenance thus far. Maintenance requests have been handled timely and every employee we've interacted with has been pleasant. We love how quiet our community is and how respectful our neighbors have been. Highly recommend!
Dog park, playground and green space is nice. Situated in a great neighborhood with plenty of close parks, walking paths, and friendly neighbors.
The buildings and rooms are beautiful. But they did not consider how much you hear from surrounding apartments. You can hear every neighbor that borders your unit. From walking, dogs barking, and kitchen cabinets slamming.

We are sorry to hear of your experience at Summer Ridge. Each building was designed with additional insulation to attempt to mitigate noise such as this. We have been working with construction to determine a solution as we are aware of this being isolated to one building. Please be patient with us as we make attempts to resolve the issue.
Absolutely love this complex! Very quiet area, nice neighborhood for walking and we are loving the finishes and appliances in the unit. So happy we chose to move here!
Tall ceilings, super sunny windows, large rooms, lots of storage, modern finishes, and all in a quiet location. Perfect for working from home and a great place between Madison and Milwaukee.
I just got my apartment and love the layout! Most of all, the property manager, Megan, was so kind and helpful from day one, unlike other companies I’ve rented from before. She is organized, quick to respond and advocated for me from the start! Best property manager I’ve ever dealt with…
The apartment is nice and fancy looked with modern layout and nice appliances. The management is a bit slow on maintenance request. But other than that, it is a nice place to stay.
Was apprehensive to move in without any units being completed but I'm glad we did. Love the layout and the great use of space. in unit washer/dryer a plus along with the attached garage.
I love that families and young couples alike are here. I’ve been here since the first building opened and it is a beautiful and quiet community. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. I love the counters and kitchen island.
Just moved in this week and Megan, the property manager, was so helpful and kind. The appliances and whole apartment are perfect! Can’t wait to get some outdoor furniture so we can sit outside on our patio.
I love the newness of these buildings. We lived in nearby apartments and this is superior to where we were. Love the central air, and stainless appliances. My nephew can't wait to be able to play on the playground the next time he comes over.

Clean, updated appliances, luxury feel, perfect layout, more private than the usual apartment complex, neighbors and construction workers are very friendly. everything about this place from the moment you apply to the moment you walk in is perfect!
We moved into our apartment over a week ago. Every single question I asked from the application process months ago, to our dog being approved to garbage cans being emptied was answered in a super timely manner. Not being able to see the space before I moved in, I was relieved at how easily it will be to maximize space for all of our things. The apartment is beautiful. Also to be mentioned is how quickly the landscaping was completed. Also, with construction still happening at other apartments, the workers who are around, are friendly and one was helpful setting up the garage door opener to my van.
