I’ve been a resident at summer green for many years and have enjoyed getting to know the staff. From the front office to maintenance they care about the residents! Maintenance goes above and beyond in a timely manner to fix any issues and the front office is great at communication. Will continue to be a resident of summer green!

You are not going to find a better place for this price in longview. The apartments are clean, maintenance usually responds to request the same day, It's a safe area, and the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and enjoy their job. Sonja was great with the move in process, and Tiffany has been so helpful when I have any sort of problem or question.The few things I don't like is that there are no ceiling fixtures in bedrooms, no electrical outlet on the patio, and the cabinets in the kitchen need an update, but they are in fine working order. The best part for me is that the staff here cares about their residents on a realistic down to earth level, and for me that has been a rare find.

The 13 years I've been here. There has been a lot of changes. But I can say that Sonja (leasing specialists) ALWAYS takes care of me!!!!! The apartments are dated but well-maintained. For this reason I chose to still live here. Everyone is very kind & I know when I have an issue it's addressed quickly.

All of the office staff was so friendly and inviting. Sonja was able to find me an immediate opening for an apartment that met all my needs. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! I would definitely recommend her to all my friends. The apartments are great too. Everything was super clean and spacious! Thanks again Sonja!

Every one on staff is so amazing! The wonderful Office staff makes you feel like family, they are so personable! Maintenance staff have never disappointed they stay on top of everything! The few time we have called for maintenance they provided not only help with the situation but helped us understand what was going on in the process!! I love the Summer Green staff!!

Sonja was very nice, understanding, communicative, and attentive. She answered all my questions and concerns and kept me updated on the status of the apartment before moving in. There is an issue with the apartment that I’m going to speak with the office about. Besides that one problem and lack of parking I love it here. Everyone is so nice from the office reps to the neighbors and even maintenance.

Best customer service! I love the office team and the maintenence staff is excellent!

*Warning* I called this place asked if they had a unit downstairs (with no stairs) since I’m a disabled veteran and was told yes! After putting in application I go to look… the unit has stairs outside and is not accessible! They will Lie and are shady!!! $400 credit fee they will charge you as well!

Sonja is a constant professional and a 1st class worker. She listens to your needs and handles. them immediately. The property management company can make or break your living experience and with Summer Green it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

Enrique is always answering maintenance calls even if it’s after hours and on weekends. The team is friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable with maintenance request. I highly recommend Summer Green Apartments!

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and am about to upgrade to a bigger apartment. Summer Green has been my favorite apartment complex ever! The best location, the best neighbors, and the best workers. Kirsten in the office has been a HUGE help!

Summer Green has the best location in town, so close to everything. Hands down, we have the best staff around. Michelle and her office ladies are always helpful and kind. They treat you like family and welcome you right in. Roger's maintenance team is full of real super heroes. They always respond quickly whenever I need something (or can't figure out how to work the thermostat. lol) I love my apt. The space is just right for me, my daughter and our dog. We are on the playground daily and Rowdy loves to visit the dog park. We plan to stay awhile...

Got divorced in 2018, after 20 years, had to move in to an apartment, very nervous and upset to say the least. When looking for an apartment, the girls in the office made me feel like this was going to be my new home. Since day 1, they have been more of a family than just office personnel. Michelle is the best manager I have met and her team is amazing. Gorgeous pools, and grounds are kept immaculate. I love my apartment, it's home. The maintenance men stay on top of everything in a very timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Lived here for almost 3 years. Had a few minor issues but nothing to go on about. I put in my notice to move because my family size had grown and we couldn’t stay in our 2 bedroom apartment. Gave them 2 months notice and moved out. I was intially given a final bill saying i owed for utilities of 103 dollars, which was understandable. Then 2 weeks later i was told that the amount had risen to $1300 not for damages but for leaving. This was not discussed in the 2 months of me staying at the apartment. It was sent via email after i had left. If these are upfront cost when i paid my payment to the agent and asked was there any other bills she should of made me aware. I know that the apartments occupancy has dropped off but you should be clear in your business tactics and not milk people after they’ve already left on good terms. The communication is subpar mostly when attempting to move on from Summer Green Apartments.

Six months ago I moved into a renovated apartment. No complaints yet. Office staff is helpful. Location is perfect. Made sure they sprayed for bugs before I moved in, after reading a couple of comments in the reviews. Haven't seen one yet.

I love this complex many great tenants and neighbors grounds have proper maintenance and the location is perfect to my daily tasks and errands. I would recommend Summer Green to anyone.

This very large apartment complex is close to everything in Longview. It has almost 500 units in quite a few buildings. They are currently working on painting & changing out parts of our patio's & etc. Wish they would get the lights working by the mailboxes again…… I work for a company in another city but wanted to stay in this town, especially with the current downturn in jobs in the oil field which is this area.

Overall a nice community. Recently we have had some changes without warning to the balcony. I live upstairs in a two bedroom/ 2 bathroom. Great for the kids. Pretty cheap for the size. A lot of storage. Two nice swimming pools. A community laundry area. A workout room. Really nice apartment. And great community!

My apartment was flooded previously. I was not made aware. They had over a month to prep the unit before I moved in. 2 days before my move in date they call and say they have not started on it. It was getting new faux wood flooring, carpet, paint and "more". I still can't find what "more" was upgraded but I'm being charged extra for a fully upgraded unit. Things were broken on move in. No inspection was done with me. The unit below was being flooded from above. I disconnected my washer and it continued for weeks. They blamed me and my equipment until I forced them to cut into the wall to find a busted pipe. Vent fans sound horrible and need replacement but they only spray WD-40 and say we run them too often. Pool is not secure so it's filled with non residents, as well as parking. All of the gym equipment is broken to some extent. I've given up on reporting problems. Moving out as soon as my lease is up. Only live here if you love to be ignored and frustrated about living in an overpriced hovel. I've had better experiences in government housing.
