Studio Park Lofts & Tower

It was a great experience, by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. It was peaceful, everything walking distance, the management was always very helpful.

So happy I decided to sign a lease here this past spring! The staff is friendly & attentive, the building is beautiful and the amenities are great. :)

Brooke and Andy are seriously the sweetest people ever. Brooke made the rental process so easy. Such a beautiful community as well. So excited to live here.

Well what can we say, we love this place. When there has been some wonky stuff this team takes care of it and us. You add the movie theater, Leo’s Coney, Vel Sushi, Nikksy, Arts Marketplace, Elsa’s, and now the new bulk store. What more can you ask for.

I have lived at Studio Park for the past two years and it has been an incredible experience. I’m in a studio and was worried about having enough storage but the units are designed so carefully with floor to ceiling shelves and cupboards that I had plenty. The high ceilings and thoughtful layout make the space feel spacious. The staff at Studio Park is amazing and I can’t say enough good about how quickly and kindly they respond to questions and how hard they work to create a beautiful culture at the apartments. The maintenance staff is also amazing and respond quickly to requests and keep you informed throughout the maintenance process when there’s an issue. The location is ideal for walk ability and to really be a part of downtown life. I highly recommend life at Studio Park!

The thing I love most about living here is the location and amenities. The 7th floor of the tower has sparkling new grills, a pool, fire places, and outdoor furniture. I’ve met a ton of new friends up there!

I love living the downtown life and being able to walk to shops & restaurants. The amenities here are the best around! Having an attached parking garage is perfect for the rain / snow days!

What a prime location with top-tier amenities!! Management is super professional and attentive, and moving in was so stress-free :) my favorite parts are the pickleball court, private work/study cubbies, and the poured concrete that keeps temps stable and noises soundproof!

Staff is excellent, everyone here always seems happy!!! All good vibes. I feel like I’ve come back to life since moving in!! I do with there we could enter our codes when entering the elevators in the 4th floor parking ramp

I've had a truly amazing experience living here. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and a joy to come home to. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and both Andy and Emilee are incredibly helpful and easy to work with—they genuinely care about the residents. The downtown location is unbeatable and has been convenient in so many ways. I especially love being part of the Studio Park community—whether it's watching movies on the lawn in the summer or just running downstairs for Elsa's ice cream, it’s a great place to live. Highly recommend!

I have lived at Studio Park for a week so far and it is already the best community I have lived at. Everything is very clean and looks great. The staff are incredible and very understanding.

We have lived at Studio Park Lofts for almost two years and still love to come home. We love to sit on our balcony and watch movies on the big screen, people watch and enjoy the weather. The added amenities are a benefit as well. Community events and social gatherings to get to know the other tenants is also a bonus. Walking from the parking garage you are met with the smells of fresh popcorn. The apartments are comfortable with tall ceilings and big windows. The response time from the staff is also awesome. We have no regrets choosing Studio Park Lofts as our home.

Great location. Nice staff. Just a bit loud. A lot of action close to the building. Food options around are great. Close to all that Grand Rapids has to offer.

I’ve been liking living here! I’m in a studio apartment and have to rave about the amenities and leasing office staff. Those 2 things alone make this a 5 star place to live. Maintenance responds quickly too!

It has been great here the first few weeks the staff has been extremely helpful. I was offered assistance at every turn of my application process to my move in process! Everything was explained to me an was extremely easy to follow.

Moving in has been very easy and apartment staff has been extremely helpful with any issues I’ve run across. Parking through Ellis Parking was easy to set up and having a place to park downtown is a nice perk.

We’ve only been here for a week but are already settling in to the community. From a Cinco de Mayo celebration to taking a few laps in the amazing pool it’s been a great week! Meeting all the sweet pups (and their humans) has been the cherry on top!

Move in was easy and the building and leasing staff have been great. So far this place is living up to the hype - lots of great amenities and nice neighbors. Loving our city views!

Great place to live!! The staff that works here is great. They cater events to have people get to know each other and the amenities are as good as it gets! Would recommend

Love the building but would have hoped for better follow thru and communication from the building staff. In addition, there are some challenges with a new apartment (hot water is 10 degrees lower then what it is supposed to be, dryer does not dry and pull out moisture, delivery service on weekends leave packages outside of the building ...). Hoping to get these resolved. Luxury buildings do the details well.

Such a great location! Beautiful place to live. Tons of attractions, food, bars, movie theatre in the area. The gym is beautiful and there’s also a sauna and golf simulator!

Great place to live. Easy access to all types of activities downtown. Such as movies, dinners, drinks, and just good times. With access to a pool, gym, sauna, and community center, this place has it all.

Staff is so helpful and attentive whenever I’ve reached out. The new amenities are great! Looking forward to the warmer months to utilize them even more.

Love the new apartment, The apartment was clean and fresh, the entire building and amenities are so well taken care of. Staff was very helpful and it was a very smooth moving in process.

Studio Park is a really nice place to live. There are great amenities and great residents. Everyone is very respectful. The only downside is the parking. You are not guaranteed a spot so it can be a little nerve racking on concert days.

Staff is very friendly and the new amenities are amazing, I’m a huge fan of the golf simulator. You can’t beat living in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids.

Way too loud in the apartments. I hear my neighbor on the phone at 2 am!!! Bad! Not respectful and nothing can be done. The office says they will email and still nothing.

It’s been great so far. Still waiting on a few amenities- the sauna, industrial size washing machine etc. overall good experience and leaning agents are great.

I have been living here for almost four years and absolutely love it. It is the perfect location, the amenities are fantastic - I really feel like there aren't other apartment down town that can compare. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Overall a great place to live!

There is many stuff to do here! Dining, movies, exerting, hanging with friends, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful views from the corner apartments/condos. The staff is easy to access and answers any questions you might have

The move in process was so easy! My leasing agent was the nicest and made the apartment seem so appealing. I can’t wait to start living here as there are amazing amenities.

Love it here so far, would definitely recommend to anyone! I’m very excited to use the sauna, and the pool room is a great place to warm up and pretend to be somewhere tropical!

After living here 4 years. I still love it. It is great and I love the new gym! Looking forward to the golf simulator too! Thanks for all of the fun activities.

This has been the best apartment I have ever lived in! I love all the new amenities and the community events are so fun! I cant wait for summer to be able to use the outdoor deck.

Location is perfect. I love being able to walk everywhere. The new amenities are great and have been a nice addition to living here. The noise is the only downfall.

I'm just in love with this place ???? Every person I have met here has been really nice and polite, the place is close to everything I need. I love my view of the city and the pool is amazing.

Staff was very helpful and kept us up to date on all move dates. Building is clean and secure. Views are awesome from apartment. Amenities are top notch and can't wait to use the deck in the summer.
