Historic warehouses, brick-paved streets, and sidewalk cafes adorn Downtown Grand Rapids, the dynamic heart of the city. Downtown Grand Rapids, stretched along the Grand River and extending east to Lafayette Avenue, is home to several notable locations like the Grand Rapids Art Museum, the Grand Rapids Children's Museum, and Van Andel Arena.
