Streamside Apartments

We are very clean people and I am so surprised to see such an infestation with the amount of rent we pay! They do nothing to fix this problem, just go your another apartment and save yourself the headache!!!

Living at Streamside has been an absolute delight! The spacious floor plans, greate location, make it the perfect place! The leasing team is amazing, friendly and willing to assist, making the living experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!

They do a great job of keeping the buildings and surrounding areas clean. Never had a problem with bugs or rodents. And maintenance generally does a good job of responding to requests. The only issue is that once or twice I've come home from work and realized that there was someone in my apartment without them notifying me. They also do pest control twice a year that requires you to clear all your countertops and cabinets, and they usually only give you a day or two notice.

This place is disgusting. There has been a roach outbreak , and I have contacted maintenance and the office and they haven’t done anything about it. They say they’re pet friendly but they sent me a letter saying to calm my dog down, mind you my dog is a 6 pound yorkie. I was walking my dog and my dog was barking at a squirrel , which is a typical dog behavior. My car has been keyed , I reported to the office and they didn’t do anything about it. The office/maintenance change the locks to the laundry room and DO NOT inform anyone. This place has been the worst place I’ve ever lived at. The people at the office are rude and make snarky comments. I believe there might be only one lady at the office who is helpful(Josephine).

Streamside is a beautiful complex to live in. The surrounding is always clean. The make sure to follow up with any Maintainance requests. I love this apartment complex for that. My only problem is that their pesticide department need to work on the chemicals the use. Non of the visit from their pest control agent ever made any difference. There are rats and roaches everywhere in the apartment. I even spoke with one pest control agent he told me he will set an appointment to come work on it. But he never showed up. I am really disappointed with their pest control department. Aside of that, I am enjoying my stay here

A professional staff. The property cleans every day. The site is beautiful. Excellent maintenance with a professional staff that responds in the day with great quality.

I like that the property is neat and clean. The size of the apartments and the layout is great! The sense of safety for me and my family is the most important factor of living. The convenience of the location is very good. It is close to the metro station and Rio Mall. Office staff makes me feel at home.

I am living here for six months and I am very very happy with the place. Very clean, very safe, great people. I recommend the place to everyone. I love this place!

I am a resident for more than 10 years. Customer service is great. Resident events are great too. Maintenance of the apartament is always done within 2 days maximum. Emergency service is always on time and reacheable at every time is needed. I highly recomend Streamside. He sido residente por mas de 10 años. El servicio al cliente. El servicio de emergencia esta siempre a tiempo y responden cada vez que lo necesito. Yo recomiendo a Streamside.

I have been a resident here for almost 4 years now. I have never been let down, the office and maintenance personnel are professional, the community is neat, quite and secure. Plenty of parking for residents and visitors here. I just renewed my lease and am cool.

The manger is doing so many dum things she did new parking space’s in front of a trash can who wants to park near trash . so may rules doesn’t know what she is doing instead of doing other things to make the resedents feel good living here for almost 11 year and she is trying to do so much. Need new team members or better services don’t recommend streamside apartments .

I love it here! Apartments are nice and big. The building smell good like flowery stuff. I rate a 10 plus! No roaches or mice and maintenance is great!

I do not live here but I come over almost every day. Always had a nice experience. Clean area, nice people, and the inside of the buildings have always been kept up well. I would suggest saying here to anyone.
