Property Ratings at Stratford Place
They are cheaper than a lot of other apartments, but so is the quality of everything you get here. The staff is never in the office or picking up the phone. The maintenance requests take forever to be filled and the water gets shut off at least three times a week for a few hours.
Although the apt I’ve been staying in is a little worn down because multiple people have picked up the lease back to back without updates to the unit, it’s still a fine place to live. My lease ends in Late May and I’m even considering moving to a studio here instead because I like it here so much. Melanie (landlord) is kind and always willing to help, she writes down all your complaints and tends to then right away.
These guys NEVER answer the phone. It would really suck if I actually lived there and needed something, I was looking to move in but if they can’t even do something as simple as answer the phone then that just previews the amount of trash id have to deal with.
