Delaware, Ohio is a bustling community about 30 miles north of Columbus. Ohio Wesleyan University resides in downtown Ohio and brings a college town feel to the area. There you’ll have access to River Run Park where you can kayak/canoe down the Olentangy River. Been here since 2019. Everything’s good good people maintenance people always respond quick everything’s close like Kroger and Walmart. school for your kids the bus will stop here in front of the entrance.
There is constant music and partying going on in the evenings, and we have water in our walls. They fixed it by giving us a fan. Also, we have two different patterns of flooring in our kitchen and flooring is layer poorly in bathroom.
