Property Ratings at Strada Apartments
Through the years that we have lived here i find that security is getting worse every year. I am currently writing this as I’m watching around 20 people who don’t live here use the pool and the bbq!! Countless people keep opening the doors and letting in people who don’t live here. Very disappointed.

It would be a better place to live if it wasn’t that noisy at night. But other then that it’s a great place to live and enjoy the sun at the pool.

Since new management took over- this is now an enjoyable experience I love all the positive changes. Including new dog poop stations! I love how they keep trash area clean

My husband and I have been living here for 6 months now and we love it! It's very quiet, clean and the office is great with answering questions. Maintenance is also great in fixing any issues in the apartments. Only downside is no additional parking. Overall it has been great. Our ESA animal loves it.

I’m approaching 8 years of living at Strada Apartments and I am very satisfied with the experience here. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. There’s even a couple of ducks that arrive yearly and hang out at the poolside. I like that my Amazon packages and other deliveries are safely left at my doorstep. The convenience of the two laundry rooms and two pools along with multiple BBQ areas adds enjoyment to living at Strada Apartments. Also, the few times I’ve needed maintenance, the issue was resolved quickly and I was keep informed of the progress even when I not at home. I would definitely recommend Strada Apartments to anyone seeking a wonderful place to live.
I love the area. It's so close to everything. Management has been quick to respond to my concerns and the grounds are always well-maintained. It's been very enjoyable and the amenities are great. With my odd hours, I appreciate the 24 hour laundry room and I can't say how many times I'm out in the pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi!
After 8 years of residency, we are overall happy with our unit and neighbors. Everyone is friendly and mostly to themselves. We enjoy have two pools to swim in during the summer even though some of the residents don't pick up after themselves. The laundry room is the only issue. It's always dirty and seems like the machines are always broken (at least on the Maple Side) it's taken so much of my money. I understand that Wash is a third party company, but maybe maintenance could focus more on the laundry rooms instead of leaf blowing for hours. Also, cleaning outside our units on the upper floors. I clean outside my door, but the whole hallway is dirty. The old maintenance staff would mop these at least once a month. Just a suggestion. Overall we are happy to live at Strada for another year and VERY relieved to have new management in here that actually seems to care.
I’ve lived here for going on 3 years. I feel safe, the rent is great for the location. Very few complaints! Honestly the worst part is parking and that’s due to the other apartments down the street.
Property management are super nice and helpful, and Maintenance were quick to fix issues. So far im liking it but parking can be challenging if parking outside.
It's really frustrating lately because people aren't cleaning up after their dogs. Children can't run or walk in the grass because of it. Especially people with the large dogs! Looks like cow Pies while walking to the mailbox or car. It's not hard to clean up Especially when the doggie stations are usually right by where they leave the poop!
If I could give no stars, I would. This place is not much different than living in a cardboard box on the street. I can hear rats crawling in the walls. There’s no insulation so it burns up in the summer and freezes in the winter. In the less than three years I lived there, the water was shut off at the MINIMUM, once a month. That’s only the times they sent out notifications through email. There were times when the water was shut off without notification. Also took forever for the water to heat up. They didn’t change a single thing and had the audacity to try and charge me more money for renewing. This place is the worst dumpster fire I’ve ever lived in. Don’t move in to this place. Even the turnover rate in the office is obscene.
It’s nice and quiet sometimes and it’s close to shopping centers and freeways. Also there’s two school that they are walking distance . It’s nice and clean .
We are pleased with our apartment. Maintenance is very quick to fix things when we put in an order. We are really enjoying our experience at Strada
We are happy living in strada apartments. Its a very good place to live. Its quiet, clean, good maintance all the time. In the office people are very polite and with good attitude.
We are new here and we love the community and area. However parking is a bit challenging. We have two vehicles but only one parking garage. Other than that we love it here.
Greate place to live at close to stores schools freeways and more . Pretty good are too . Clean apartments too and freely people. Not noisy just how I like it
I enjoy living here perfect for my family. Close to everything you need. Just wish the parking situation was better, closer to your actual apartment.

My apartment is nice. Street parking is almost nonexistent if you have more than one car. Laundry room is good, machines are always operational. Never seen a bug in my apartment which is awesome. Overall, it's a great place to live.

I love everything about this apartment ! The view is beautiful here no matter where you look . There is laundry on sight which is great and convenient . There are two large pools ! And whenever you need something fixed maintenance is right there ready to fix whatever it is !
these apartments are great for humans and animals, close to freeway entrances and malls stores .. what can I say its in our beautiful orange county

My sister and I recently moved to Orange County and we were so nervous about finding a good place to live. We were both moving out of my parents home so it was a new challenge for us. We looked at different places for a few weeks and we came across the Strada in Orange. The ladies at the leasing office were super sweet and the apartments were gorgeous so my sister and I decided to apply for a two bedroom. In a few days, we got the call to let us know we were approved! I was thrilled! It's a gorgeous apartment complex and it's so quiet and the tenants are very friendly. So happy to have found a wonderful place to call home!

Strada Apt has a good location its very near to schools, mall, grocery stores, restaurant, banks and everything you want is all there. It is very clean and cozy to live. Management has excellent service. I don't think I will look for any other place to live my family love this place.

Close to stores and schools as well as food spots and bars. the staff is amazing and very friendly! they actually listen! rent may be a bit high but for a safe environment for your belongings and children its worth it! yes just like every other complex they have their flaws but hey you cannot judge! its a apartment not a house. you are going to have loud people, kids crying and playing, but its alright atleast your not on the street, has pools and BBQ's and best part Jacuzzi. i wish they would of kept the on site gym. other than that its very well kept. we moved out for a while so it must be great if we were in a hurry to come back!
