Property Ratings at Stowell Manor
There's better places you can rent that's cheaper. You can hear everything in and out of your apartment, no AC, so it burns up and any equipment in the building is super outdated. This place needs serious renovations. Like for reals. Also, they charge you 150 bucks after hours of you lock yourself out. So... Good luck with that. The only decent thing is that it's close by certain places but with COVID, there's really no point in going anywhere. Don't cheap out on these properties.
