We are looking for someone to take over a lease from November-May with an option to renew in June (move-in date is negotiable-mid to late October is doable too) in this truly lovely 2 bedroom home. It's a joy to live here, it boasts beautiful detailing, including loads of built in storage and closet space-both bedrooms have large closets, and there is an extra walk-in closet in the hallway. There is also central air, with a Nest thermostat and ceiling fans as well. The kitchen has updated cabinets, lighting and countertops, and includes a dishwasher. Plenty of access to transportation, we are located right off 90/94 and are blocks away from the Belmont Blue Line and several bus lines. The apartment is on a tree-lined street where plenty of families and children live. We are in walking distance to Aldi, Jewel, and Chicago Foods Joong Boo Market, Home Depot, Target, and Best Buy. Local delicious restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away include Parachute, Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Kuma's Corner, Pork Shoppe, Small Bar, Fat Rice, and plenty of paleterias and ice cream parlors! There is also a backyard with plenty of space to grill and enjoy a weekend, and Brands Park is just one block away. And did we mention...free laundry?!?
