Living in TN since Oct. 2021 has been a experience. Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club is my second apartment that i have lived in. I started out down in Brentwood and I can tell you it is not all what they say about it. So being blessed to see and move up here to Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club has be the perfect move I have made. I love the fact that the Staff here is very professional, understanding, know how to handle all things that come into the office and our community. They are great about listening to you when there is something you need and they do get back with you within 24-48hrs. I love the changes/upgrades that is going on around the complex. The grounds and landscaping is always maintain. If I can be honest with everyone, it is the staff and my beautiful 2bdrm, 2bathroom that has me here to never want to leave.

We had an amazing transition to our new home and the staff were so helpful. Even though many apartments are being rented here it has been extremely quite and peaceful. We love it!

Jessica in the office addressed my issue by helping me complete a maintenance request. The maintenance staff came the next day to fix my issues. Completely it very quickly to my satisfaction. Overall I’m very pleased.

The property overall is a positive place to live. We have gone through several property managers but the Assistant Mgr Amanda has been amazing. I complain more than I should but she always has patience and resolves any issues I have. It’s a gated community and I do feel safe in result to that. They have great amenities for residents as well.
We love it here. Beautiful quiet and Comfortable.
I enjoy living here. The office staff is very friendly and quick to respond to the needs of tenants. It is quiet also. I also appreciate the maintenance staff because they respond quickly to emergency and non emergency calls.

The staff at this property is excellent. The care and concern that they devote to the residence here is amazing. They go over and above their job requirements to ensure that your experience here is that you feel cared for. The property itself is fine, but the staff makes the difference here.

Don’t move in here. The property management does not care about its residents only about money. Any upgrades you see are equivalent to putting lipstick on a pig.

This is a nice place to live. The office sltaff are wonderful.They are very professional with any concern I may have and always work with me to get it solved. Maintenance guys are the best.
I love Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club, it’s quiet and the environment is welcoming. The management teams are very helpful. I would recommend Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club.
