I’ve been at Stone ledge for a little over a year. Initially it was great but as time went by, it just keeps going down hill. You are being charged for a “gated community “ yet the gates have been broken for months and the one in the back by turner road has been working on and off ( more off than on) for over a year and now officially dead. There’s dog poop everywhere especially around building 3 and it hasn’t changed in over a year. Now we have stray cats that people are feeding. On the positive side, the pool is amazing and the front desk ( especially Jennifer) is amazing. I personally wont renew next year because I’m tired of being charged for a gated community that is non existent and dog poop all over.

The new gate system will be installed next week. We regularly remind residents about cleaning up after their pets, and our groundskeeper maintains cleanliness throughout the day. Pleasant area, close to all needs for for and service
Some areas in the complex is looking bad with grass and plants. Around the pool area they do a great job but other areas the grass is none or very thin which makes the community look bad.
I would because it is safe, the grounds are nicely maintained. It is a quiet community without a lot of kids running around . It is very close to downtown, so you can walk there. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and the neighbours we have met are all friendly.
I am very happy with my experience here! It is clean and safe and everyone I have contact with is very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend Stoneledge to friends and family.

I always recommend Stoneledge to friends that are looking to move. The complex is safe, in a great location to downtown Grapevine and the rest of the metroplex, and an overall great place to live. Staff is always prompt to respond and maintenance needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

The gym equipment is a treasure. The maintenance and up keep is great! I feel safe in my apartment. Location to shopping is a bonus. The front desk staff are very kind and professional. We haven't visited the pool yet but looking forward to it when the weather permits.

Late night pool parties with heavy drinking. People from neighboring apartments crowding the pool and being noisy. Walls are paper thin in some units. Management wasn’t helpful in resolutions.

Overall I really enjoyed living in the apartment but the increase in rental rates consistently while the maintenance of the overall complex and landscaping became significantly worse than when I moved in would impact my recommendation. I ended up moving due to a work transfer and was planning on renewing my lease for another year. If the upkeep and grounds maintenance issues continued I was not planning on renewing after that because there are so many choices in the area that are being maintained better.
Most apartment complexes would not have cared about the small inconvenience the gate caused me but they fixed it quickly and actually care, that is why I would recommend this community.
The property is very beautiful and very nice staff.
Location, condition, amenities, service, staff, all add to a great living experience.
Any time we submit a maintenance request it is handled quickly and professionally. Very grateful for such dedicated team members!

Location is great being so close to downtown and the airport. Parking can be a problem especially with cars that are just stored on the property and never move. Disappointed that the painting of the hallways seems to have been forgotten with unfinished areas and green blotches on the walls.

My rental experience both with the community and with the management and maintenance personnel at Stoneledge was excellant and I really enjoyed my stay there.
I think it would meet many people's needs for the area, location, and comfortable living.
Since the new maintenance supervisor has been employed at this community, requests are completed well within a reasonable time frame. In some cases, he is willing and able to clearly explain maintenance issues and provide clear timelines if requests can't be resolved immediately or within the first visit. It is a huge relief to not worry about maintenance concerns.
Very accommodating staff. I moved from out of state and they really helped get things done. My apartment was in excellent condition upon my arrival
I enjoy Stoneledge immensely. Having lived in several apartments, this community is far and away one of the best I've lived in. From the care and design of the grounds, to the professional office and maintenance staff, to the little touches, like the pest control system, my apartment is comfortable, quiet, and a pleasant place to call home.
I feel that the maintenance and upkeep has been improved over the last few months. All the doors in the clubhouse slam really loud need adjustment, but other than that, I don't see a lot that could need much maintenance! Thank you for keeping it clean and beautiful!

Friendly staff and residents, and great neighborhood. So far, I have not really heard my neighbors through walls/ceiling and is quieter than other apartments.
I have been at Stoneledge community five years. The outside needs painted badly. I am very disappointed in the management of this property. They don't hold functions for the residence like they used to, they tell you what they think you want to hear and never follow through. I would not recommend Stoneledge. Maintenance has improved immensely now that Matthew is back!

All the staff at Stoneledge are very courteous. The grounds are well maintained and the tenants are all respectful of each other. Although I wish we were a no smoking property. The only thing I would like is when I renew my lease that my apartment get a fresh interior painting for I will have been in this unit for going on 3 years. Thanks

I I love the community. I will say the tenants over my head are a little busy, however the overall experience is good.
The apartment finishes are beautiful. The complex grounds were impeccable and the complex itself is amazing.
It's a well designed complex with nice finishing touches inside the apartments. The complex is not too large and with a gated entry, it provides the appearance of safety.
Service and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and grounds are always kept very clean and neat. I would certainly recommend this apartment community.
