Property Ratings at Stonehill Towers
I rented a unit in Building 7, and my daughter and I knew we were in a safe and wholesome place to live. The other tenants are thoughtful, kind, and sincere, and everyone who works there is exactly the same! The place is quiet--almost a sanctuary!--and it is such a beautiful place to rest at night. I was never concerned about my safety there, and we were on the first floor! There is a mail room, and never once was there an issue with not receiving my mail or packages. It is clean and beautifully maintained, and the people who work there are professional, efficient, and as kind as kind can be! Heat and hot water are included, and they keep the place warm and very comfortable. The water is hot, and the apartment is spacious with excellent cross ventilation. I would give this place 100 stars if it were permitted! The washers and dryers are in a room next to the elevator, and it was there that I met so many nice people from other floors. Everyone, and I mean everyone was considerate. It is a phenomenal place to live, and I highly recommend it wholeheartedly!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. We have been living there for 2+ years and it has honestly been a dream compared to everywhere else. For what you get on the pricing, it is a no brainer in how they take care of you. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient whenever we need them to check something or fix something, and they are very personable and enjoyable to be around when they have to do any fixing to the apartment. The front office (especially Carolyn who we talk to quite frequently) is very communicative about any events, updates, maintenance requests, etc and they genuinely love where they work. They plan fun events, food trucks, and engagement activities that helps us meet our neighbors in a fun environment, and really promote fostering a community instead of just a place to live. I truly enjoy living here and everyone from Management to Maintenance to the residents themselves make this a place we are happy to hang our hats at! Can't speak highly enough about this property, and the space you get and the pricing compared to the rest of the market make it incredibly worthwhile. 5 stars, i live in building 5 for reference. Thankful to have picked this place over the bevy of options we had 2 years ago, and don't plan on leaving any time soon! High praise and high recommendations for a property actually doing right by their tenants and being very accommodating for special needs and requests.
I’ve been living at Stonehill Towers for more than an year and it’s a great community. Safe, clean, quiet, very well organized, and the maintenance team is great. We never had any problem in any matter. It’s a great area also, we have everything nearby, many groceries stores, pharmacy, gym, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.
