Stonegate Furnished Apts

We recommend these apartment staff is very nice. Maintenace is great!

We rented a studio apartment at Stonegate Apartments for several reasons. We are Canadian snowbirds and it offered a 3 month lease. It was in an area that was easy to get to places to which we often go. It was furnished. It had secure parking. We were positively impressed with the show suite as it was on the ground floor, the layout was comfortable and it had a loveseat. The office staff were very pleasant, approachable and knowledgeble. Reality hit when we went to our apartment. It was on the third floor (26 steps). There was nothing on the walls and we were told we could not put any holes in the walls to hang anything up. There was no microwave, The layout was difficult in that the TV did not face and could not be turned so that the TV could be watched from the bed and there was only one very uncomfortable chair in which to sit to watch TV. People who are thinking of leasing for 3 months should be told what they need to bring or buy to live there. This is a list of what is not provided: sheet sets, blankets, pillows shower curtain, bath mat and towels dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dish towels, dish cloths, oven mitts broom/dustpan, mop, vacumn, toilet brush There were no hooks on the bathroom door so we bought an over the door hook set for our robes The suite has a small balcony with nothing on it - we were given two chairs by friends In the three months we were there, we saw the parking gate closed once at night until our car was stolen out of the lot and since then the gate has been closed at night. Also, we never saw any security patrolling the parking lot at night.

I feel like I have a weekly maintenance issue and the response is wonderful. They respond to your email as soon as they get to work at 11 am. But NOTHiNG will be fixed. The entry gate has been broken since I have been here. I have witnessed police activity on numerous occasions. I have 105 days until my lease is up. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

There has been a consistent bug problem here. They have sprayed my apartment several times but the bugs still rule this place. The internet service here is terrible. You are only allowed four devices and if you want to with them out you have to start a trouble ticket and they don't work on weekends. The. management here is absolutely pathetic. Worthless might even be a better word. The complex is run down...they seem to have put all of their efforts into the model to sucker you in. I came because of the low rent and I thought I was getting a nice place. I was wrong. Learn from my mistake and find another apartment than Stonegate.

DO NOT rent from Stonegate Apartments. Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, bad management, bad maintenance, bad laundry rooms. Don't ever consider this your "home". Can't get comfortable, always on edge, very insecure feeling when the management does anything they want, whenever they want, how ever they want. Don't question anything they do. If you make them upset them in any way they will look for a reason of getting rid of you. And they have all the power. No matter how long you stay, no matter what help you are to them no matter how well you treat their property. They'll site you for any violation of lease terms but repeatedly let another tenant do exactly what you were sited for and then use it against you to get you out. Please, if you are looking for an apartment go elsewhere, anywhere but here!!!!!!!!

Lady said hardwood floors,granite coutertops on all 1st levels but extra on 1st floors. Liars! Move in day. Deadroaches everywhere! Toilet had urine stains on it here it was sanitized sealed label on it. First night, roaches coming out all vents! Day and night. Dryer takes 3 cylcles to dry. Only 2 of 4 burners worked even though 4 works later. Please stay away! Unless you want paranoia for months! Can't get out lease! Staff builds attitudes toward u!

This community has progressed and improved, its quite and manage is quick to resolve issues of all kinds, maintenance is polite and quick to fix problems ...

Our current appartment is a cheap 400sq ft furnished studio. The complex has 2 pools and a small workout area with covered parking and a gate system. I moved here to live with my girlfriend after she got a managers position in the store in which she is trying to get her own franchise.

The apartment I rent is furnished and does not have a washer/dryer. I might stay longer if there was a washer and dryer. The maintenance staff responds quickly to emergency issues, but don't expect them to follow through to complete a job. Still have a patched up wall that didn't get painted. I have never used the laundry facilities, pool or fitness center but at least its here. So overall, its OK for a temporary place.
