Stonecrest

Moved out a couple months ago.First it started cool we seen a couple of roaches but was like no biggie right couples months go by there's roaches everywhere and then they blame you for them.when you go tell them there verryyyy rude. maintenance is sum wat reliable but when they come fix something something else ends up broken if u move in to these apartments it's most likely your first starter apartment.these are good for you to start in but not to stay long in.

First of all, I was extremely happy with my new apartment. The interior looked clean and calm,I was told a lot of promising improvements when I was signing the lease and just very few was respected.There is not absolutely not a single camera in sight at this place, basically you are on your own. Secondly, your packages will be stolen all the time and the MANAGEMENT WILL LET YOU KNOW CLEARLY THAT THEY NOT CARE AND THEY WONT ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I wish I listened to the previous warnings, MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THIS PLACE AND THE POLICE COULD NOT GET ANY FOOTAGES. Please don’t come in here, please and besides, read the reviews on insects.

Lived here for about 2 years the maintenance is wonderful always there to help the hallways and laundry rooms always look so great the staff is wonderful and always willing to help

I'm not happy with this place I moved in at the end of March and now their eviction me because they said I owe for April I'm so confused on how do I owe for that month when I thought I already did. I call leave emails and nobody answers or email back ??. This is so unprofessional for you not to call your tenants back or answer the price is very high here for you to eviction someone who was here only 6 days.

I love my home. I love that if a problem arises, maintenance is quick to respond. I love that shopping is close by. I love the pool. I love the staff. I really to love it all.

This has been my first apartment and I’ve had a really good experience, was nervous about renting for the first time but the office team made it very informative and welcoming. Want to also say I love how wide the hallways are made moving furniture very easy!!

The place is nice. The staff is always working. Friendly and professional. They are the reason I renew. The space is homey and cozy. Like the pool and all of the parking the best.

Clean and wide hallways. Easy access to laundry rooms. Never have a hard time parking with the open parking lot: excellent maintenance and office team.

It's my home and I think it's a pretty great place. It has security doors, and laundry in every building. The parking is what you need and want, and always a space available. I didn't go with a renovated one, just a regular one and it's pretty nice.

Very beautiful. The halls are very nice and clean. The laundry rooms are clean and nice. Nice neighbors, nice staff and great location. I was impressed from start to finish.

Stonecrest is perfect balance of renovations and space. It is a a great place to call home. I love all of the colors used in the halls and apartments. It is soothing on the eyes.

The staff greats you with a smile and always friendly in helping with anything. My home is beautiful and is my happy space. I rented a brand new one, it is in grey tones. It is so modern and chic. Stonecrest has a great location and close to anything on the East side of Columbus and maybe 15 minutes from downtown.

I really love my home and all things connected. Grey tones, connected with pops of cool colors. Great upgrades. I had the opportunity to view an upgraded unit vs a regular unit. Went with the grey unit. Worth the extra. This staff is so nice. Says hello in passing and quick to fix any issues. I have been here for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. Another love is the pool. Oh my, it is beautiful. Kind of private and no city noise. Like being somewhere tropical. Another thing, this is what brought me here, is the parking. They have enough and plus some. It's great for entertaining purposes. I also like that the laundry is in the building. Plus a Kroger across the street.

So like many others, it is easy to drive by. Then a co-worker told me about Stonecrest, and now I am a resident. I like how tidy and well maintained this staff works for the property. The secured entrances are nice, the parking is awesome, the pool is so private....But the real beauty lies within the units. I have a new upgraded one. The cabinets are so pretty and are tall to the ceiling. The colors chosen are so relaxing to the eye, cool grays. The new halls are a great transition from the outside to in. I would recommend.

I was looking for a great place on the 1st floor close to my job. I found it. The apartment is great. thee is laundry close to the apartment right down the hall which works out great for me

The apartment is so cute. It is just the right size. I am close to work and I can walk to just about anything. My friend referred me here and I am glad she did.

Me and my dog love it here. Karen always treats us with such kindness and goes out of her way to make us feel welcome!

They opened the pool and made it so relaxing and beautiful with all the flowers and the grills!

We toured this property amongst many others. Karen was very helpful and so friendly. We have not made a decision yet as we aren't moving until August. This place is at the top of our list

I have lived here for 2 years now and I can honestly say I love this place , maintenance comes out quickly and fixes things fast.

I just moved in and my apartment was so clean I thought it was brand new. You can tell they keep it clean and updated here.

I toured last week at Stonecrest and the leasing agent was very nice and knowledgeable about the community. Maintenance was out working while I was there and they were friendly. It seems to be kept up very well and I can't wait to move in!

I recently moved into a one bedroom at Stonecrest. The location is nice because its just down the street from the interstate, and there is also a grocery store near by too. I have only lived here for about a month but so far I am enjoying it!

My parents moved top Stonecrest and I was not happy but I have made a lot of new friends and everyone is very friendly here. I really like our new home and my new room is alot bigger than my old one. I am a senior this year so college next year and maybe I'll just get my own place here I'll be 19 and am already working. We will see I guess.

I've lived here for a little over 6 months now and have to say its a great place to live. Love the location, close to shopping and restaurants

This place is home. I'm raising my kids here. More than anything the staff is amazing and have always been with charity and charge. I always know what I get with this community. Safety, piece, quiet and sense of family..Wheather your stay will be short or long, it will be memorable and beneficial.

Although this ended up not being the right fit for my pets, Alicia was so helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful and just so genuinely human with me. Wish more businesses had employees like her!

I am a leasing manager and toured the facilities and model on the recommendation of a friend. I am so impressed by the cleanliness and approachability of the staff at Stonecrest Apartments. I commented on the cleanliness of the buildings, office, and grounds to the manager Alicia. She answered many of the questions I had before I had a chance to ask and her professionalism with the residents and to the staff went above any expectations I had. I also spoke to multiple maintenance techs/staff members and their demeanor and attitude proved that the company cares about the atmosphere. I will recommend them for prospects we cannot accommodate at our property. Keep up the great work Stonecrest!

This is a great place for the price! Laundry facilities on site. I can have my dogs here with me. There’s a pool. And it’s only a few minutes from downtown Columbus. The manager is super friendly and professional.

As a Towne Properties employee, I fully recommend Stonecrest Apartments. Its a great area with nearby access to the interstate, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. If you're looking for a place in the Whitehall area, I'd definitely check it out

As a Towne employee I think Stonecrest is a great place to live. I think they are spacious apartments and I think it is pretty quiet most of the time. I like that Stonecrest is located close to almost everything. There are so many close places to shop and tons of good places to eat. Even quite a few family owned restaurants that are delicious! There are so many awesome residents too! I think Stonecrest is a place that anyone could call home.

I have lived at Stonecrest since 2018 and I love this place. My neighbors around me are all so friendly and nice. The property is always very clean. The maintenance men are out there first thing in the morning, every morning, picking up trash and everything. The property is pretty quiet too, not many kids out here. The office staff is very attentive and helpful whenever I need anything. Sometimes it take a little it to get threw on the phone which is understandable because there are only two people in the office for the entire property. But I usually get threw if I email. I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews but me personally I love it here and I think everyone that works there is doing a really good job and I have yet to meet anyone who has been mean or rude. Everyone that I’ve met or spoke to were all very kind.

As a Towne Properties employee, Stonecrest offers some of the most spacious floor plans in the area. It has a great central location as far as shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and close access to the interstate. I highly recommend Stonecrest for anyone looking for a home in the Columbus /Whitehall OH area

I enjoyed living there for the year that I lived there. The only reason I moved was because my job transferred me to another state. It was a really peaceful place. The office staff and other residents always seemed so nice too. I would also recommend this because the location is really close to all the shopping and restaurants

I found this place from a coworker, who also lived here. Best suggestion I have been given, and that was 3 years ago. The staff greets residents with warmth and always professionally with a friendly smile. I love the location, because I can walk to work and fantastic shopping nearby!

I loved living at Stonecrest for the two years that I lived there. I loved how spacious my one bedroom apartment was. I had a lot of room for storage, and the fact that I could rent a storage until while I lived there that was right in my building. It was so peaceful living here too and I really enjoyed how close it was to everything. The only reason I moved was because my boyfriend and I decided to move in together and wanted to get a house. But I would definitely recommend living here.

I really like these apartments the newer upgraded ones are super nice they look even nicer in person! And They are really close to everything which I enjoy! There are So many food places and shopping centers. I can’t wait wait to move here in March!

I've lived here for just about a year. The community is nice. Small but nice. Wish there were more amenities. The maintenance is excellent though. Always get my requests done super quick. The office staff is super nice too. This is good for someone getting their first apartment.

Stopped in for a tour and I loved the fully upgraded unit they showed me it is the perfect size for me and my golden doodle Roscoe.The landscape looked well taken care of and they even have some open areas for pets and clean up bags in those areas too. The office staff were really nice, I even got the chance to meet the maintenance as well as two residents and they were just as nice as the office staff and maintenance. It is so close to the 270 which is the way I would take to work everyday. There are a ton of food and shopping place that I will enjoy living so close too. I am not moving until after the new year but Stonecrest is at the top of my list.

I have been living with my boyfriend at Stonecrest for about 2 years. The office staff is really nice. They are super helpful. I like that I am super close to everything as well. I did chose an upgraded an apartment that is decent but I just saw they have these completely new upgraded units that I think we want to transfer to once our lease is up. If you are looking for a nice starter apartment that is affordable then chose Stonecrest.

I have been a resident here for a couple of years and it seems to be getting better and better I've noticed they have been doing upgrades here and there even simple ones like light fixtures look so much better. I've met some of the new residents moving in and they seem super friendly. The office staff and maintenance are great and very quick at getting back to me if I have any maintenance request. They usually get it done the same day or at latest the next day . I love that I live so close to everything and I love that I am able to pay my rent online.

I stopped in to take a tour one day during lunch and as soon as I walked in I received a very welcoming greeting. The staff were all so nice and answered my questions with a lot of knowledge. The apartment was very nice and super clean. I was not expecting them to be so nice. People told me they didn't look like the pictures that were posted online, but I think they look just like the pictures! They even let me tour a vacant one along with the model so I could get a better idea of the place. I will be moving in 2020 so I am absolutely going to go back and fill out my application when the time for me to moved comes.
