Great Place To Live Ive lived here for over 5 years and had no bad experiences. The neighbors are nice and its pretty quiet. If you have a maintenance issue they are very quick to respond and the crew is very nice. I would highly recommend living here!

Too many changes I've been a resident here for a while and I enjoyed it within my first couple of years being here. But as of right now it's very inconsistent with staffing in the main office they've had problems processing rental payments the pricing of the units Need to be updated for the prices are being asked. The dog park needs more upgrades as in a hydration station along with weights bags and more than just benches to sit

Its a great place to live and the employees are wonderful My daughter recently moved in the area. She needed to find a home quickly. She looked up Red Tail. It was the most perfect, ideal place to live. However, the most amazing aspect of Stonebridge was the Leasing Agent. If it were not for her, we may have missed the opportunity to live in the apartment complex. The leasing agent went beyond the call of duty. She truly was awesome. She immediately worked with urgency to assist my daughter in finding a home quickly. She ensured that the move was stress-free and seemless. The leasing agent even lent my daughter her inflatable mattress. I am so grateful for her and this wonderful home for my daughter!!

The maintenance guy was real proper about what he was doing but I'm still waiting for my storm windows I still would like to get a light in the parking lot I don't know that for ever going to happen

Prompt courteous service. Very nice professional service.
Pros: This is a great place to live and make friends at the same time. They also allow both cats AND dogs, which is hard to find around here. Cold and hot water are included and the heat is electric so it goes on my electric bill which means I have less bills to worry about. The location is also great because it has a rural feel, but the mall is only a 15-minute drive, grocery stores are 5 minutes, and most other shopping is 10 minutes. Cons: I docked a star because sometimes management is a little tricky to work with (not always in the office during operating hours when you try to call them and maintenance is a little short-staffed so it can take some time for them to respond to maintenance requests.)
