When Cordova began around 1830, it was a small farming village on the east side of Memphis. Today, it's still on the east side, but much of the town has been annexed by Memphis. Cordova begins on the east side of Shelby Farms Park and follows I-40 east to about Fisherville. The Wolf River runs along the south side. Shelby Farms Park provides a terrific outdoor space, covering 4,500 acres and including bicycle and horseback riding trails, playgrounds, lakes and the river for fishing, the Shelby Farms Dog Park, and the Go Ape adventure center.
Ideally located, Cordova is fast-growing due to its natural beauty and its proximity to Downtown Memphis. Cordova pairs historic sites such as the Walter Granville Allen House and Sangie Cemetery with modern amenities and convenient shops and restaurants. Popular destinations include the Cordova International Farmer's Market, the Cordova Bowling Center, and the de Cordova Museum.

We live here since 5 th week and we have 5th weeks can’t taking a shower in our house. They know that my wife is pregnant and only put silicon or glue to fix this issue, it’s a really nightmare to my wife. It will be a very loooong year if this situation continues….
LOVED the 3 years I lived at Stonebridge! Staff is amazing, service requests were responded to in a timely fashion- just all around a great experience!

Do not move into this community! I ust recently moved here from out of town. They showed me the model and it looked great. I was excited to move to a unit near the main office and pool. Unfortunately just a few days after I moved into my apartment I started seeing roaches. I had my apartment treated the following Monday, which is their scheduled pest control day each week. They failed to have the other apartments treated on the same day. As a result, it is now week two and I still have roaches and other bugs appearing even after apartment was treated. I am now looking for another apartment because the property manager has failed to address the issue in a timely manner. Also the trash compactor is broke so there are piles of trash stackes on the ground each morning. Instead of fixing it, they have one of their maintenance guys manually loading trash into the compactor and using a pole to make everything fit. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance issues outside of getting rid od roaches was handled quickly.

Thank you for your review regarding Stonebridge Crossing. We truly appreciate the feedback and are disappointed that your experience with us has been less than anticipated. The community offers weekly extermination services, so if you are having issues, please come in and submit a service request and we will include your apartment home on their next scheduled visit. With regards to our compactor, it is a brand new unit and is working correctly. Please watch your email for a community wide email addressing proper operation of our new compactor. Resident feedback is vital to our success and we would love an opportunity to turn your experience around. Please reach out to us at (901) 386-7473 at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can turn this experience into a positive one. - Denise Hause, Community Manager
There are a number of things. I'll start with the environment. They let any and everyone lease, there is always trash building up at the dumpsters, and the roads are very poorly maintained. The interior is very cheap and they do just enough to make it look good right before you move in. After that any type of cleaning will show how cheap the counters and floors are. After resigning my lease even tho they went up on my rent, I asked for new counters, something to justify the raise in rent, but never heard back on getting those. They do patch work and do no actually fix problems. Will not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. For what they charge its not a good value.

Thank you for outlining your concerns and bringing them to our attention. All feedback provides for an opportunity for us to improve resident satisfaction. All lease holders/residents who reside at our community all meet our application criteria and qualifications. While we try to maintain all aspects of the community, we rely on attentive residents like yourself to assist in providing feedback and information in which to improve. Beginning in late 2018, our community will undergo an extensive renovation, which will address many of the concerns you have outlined. In regards to your concerns, we would love to be able to work towards a resolution, so please take a moment to call (901) 386-7473 or stop by to discuss. Thank you again for taking the time to share and I look forward to being able to turn this around - Denise Hause, Community Manager
Been at this complex for two years and it has drastically went downhill. Office staff is incompetent and lacks interest in the complex and tenants. Grounds are not kept up, trash can be seen piled high next to the dumpster at any given time. Swimming pool is hardy open and the fitness center wasn't available for use for the last 7 months or so. If you need anything fixed, repaired or replaced your better off doing it yourself or going without. Work orders not getting done or noted by office staff. Crime is a big issue in this community. Seems like every business (recent Zaxbys & At&t) that gets robbed in the area the criminal runs to this complex or lives here. You have people smoking weed out in the parking lot and abusing the ducks in the pond. Gate is always broken so whom ever can enter. If your thinking of renting from these guys please reconsider... save yourself the headache.
These people are so eager to get their commission they will throw you into ANYTHING. I've talked with a number of residents who are eager to move out even going as far as to pay the two months rent fee just to get away from here. They've each stated maintenance and the condescending staff as their reason for leaving. These are kind individuals who allowed me into their apartments to show the issues they've been having as well as the maintenance request proof (some of them dated back to May). I will be filing my report this week and highly recommend everyone look somewhere other than Rait Residintial properties until the current staff undergoes some rigerous training.
I moved into these Apartments in January 2016. After my oven caught on fire while I was making a pizza I had to put it out with a cup of water because there are no fire extinguishers. The fire was due to the rubber gasket being loose and not properly maintained, and after 30 days without hearing a peep from the property manager despite multiple voicemails, phone calls, and maintenance tickets submitted online they have informed me that I have to pay for the repairs for their appliance.
I have lived here since Oct '15. There is new management and they seem to care about residents concerns. Apartments arent too bad and every issue I have had has been resolved quickly. A good place to live.
The Stone Bridge Crossing is like no other. It is the most amazing place to live. From the Greatest staff to the greatest landscape and a safe gated community. P.S. NO ANYBODY COMING IN HERE. I recommend that any one looking for a Great place to live in come and check out the stone bridge crossing. Surrounded by the Greatest people, the Greatest businesses, protected by the Greatest officers. If you want to live safe and great come to the Greatest Stone Bridge Crossing in Cordova Tennessee and get your live in on. I LOVE my apartment, I LOVE my apartment. Oh one more thing. I LOVE my apartment. FOREVER THE GREATEST APARTMENTS
Staying in an apartment has its pros and cons, depending on your exact lactation. Bottom floor has easy access but you have to endure the stomping and thudding and whatever else those noises are coming from your upstairs neighbors. My unit has become home for the past year with minimal complaint. So long as I keep current on my monthly rent, if I have maintenance issues, they are addressed within a reasonable time. I have made friends with the office staff, along with numerous residents. I feel safe and welcomed. I believe I made a great choice in the apartment complex I reside.
I moved to these apartments after selling my home of 16 yrs. It has been great living here with no repairs, yard work or upkeep. This is a nice, quiet community. Going into my retirement years,it would be so nice to win free rent after providing for my child ,being a single parent and doing without for so long. I really deserve it! I have worked hard to provide a good life for her and teach her the way of life. Please consider me for this great reward!!
