The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stone Ridge
We’ve been here for 3& 1/2 years . These apartments are great . I love the open concept we get with our dining and living room areas. We have mirrors in each bedroom which makes the rooms appear super large . Great closet space . I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS! everyone is super nice and really look out for each other. The are a fair priced for what you get . Only things I wish we could have would be a Balcony instead of just the door , 1st floors are the only ones with outside access. As well as a playground or common area for kids to have fun and not have to worry about them playing in the parking lots. Other than that these apartments are the best you can get in Hagerstown without the rent being super expensive.
DO NOT move here! I filled out an application, allowed them to run a credit report and after I was approved and had a move in date of Sept 10, 2018, they turned around and rented the apartment I was approved for to someone else who came in with the deposit in hand! I have already given my current landlord notice of my move out and he has already rented my apartment. I cannot believe this company did this to me. No one EVER told me the apartment wasn't mine until the deposit was paid in fact Rhonda told me IT WAS MINE since I filled out the application and was approved for it. Had I known, I would have paid the deposit that day but instead they allowed me to schedule my lease signing appointment with them a week later.... Im suppose to be signing my new lease today!! They didn't offer any compensation and in so many words told me its my problem and not theirs. Im not sure what Im going to do at this point I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and no where to move to as of today. Im so upset and scared. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
Though I was skeptical at first about moving to Stone Ridge it turned out to be a wonder place to live. There were lots of changes being made while I stayed here and they all seem to be for the good. The parking was a little bit of a struggle some days. I worked some strange hours and would get home at 2 or 4am. I believe they are working on extending the parking lots so this will be less of an issue. Everyone at the office were always very helpful. I did have a dog with me so I was able to take advantage of the many areas to walk around the apartments. Due to a job transfer I have recently left stone ridge but I would recommend this area to other.
This is the dirtiest landlord i have ever dealt with. Never move in these places one will make up a lie the rest of them will swear to it. They charge illegal late fees and make up stories to get you in trouble and cause more late fees.
