The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Stone Ridge Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your experience at Stone Ridge Apartments. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the AC. We strive to provide a comfortable living environment for all our residents and will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our services.
I’m currently waiting out my lease at this apartment where my sister also resided until their faulty electricity caused an apartment fire and I have had to deal with 4 leaks and 1 that required them to drill into the foundation of the apartment and probably another one that I walked into this evening. Other tenants have had issues with roaches. And in the winter, they turn off the AC and it doesn’t come back on until some time in April, which in Texas means you’re gonna be sweating in your house. Just avoid it. It’s not even worth it.
Ownership and management changes as well as MANY exterior improvements outside have changed these apartments for the better! The old pictures don't do it justice! It looks like a totally different property and I'm excited to see what they will do next!
The new office manager is a joke she doesn’t want to do her job! She is rude and thinks she can disrespect anyone and everyone!
Needs new Maitance men I asked the Maitance guy to fix something and he told me he doesn't take orders from tenants and was really mad because I asked him to do that he was very rude and if I ha dent have shut the door he prob would have hit me he was in my face as he was doing this something needs to be done about this
