I am a tenant there and have been for years and these last two years staff has went out of their wayfor us,we have issues like all apartments but can always call staff .Brenda is a manager there and always on call she walks and visits with us and tries to always get things done .

New Management is great, they take of issues right away.
I have been living at this complex for over a year and Brenda has been great to me! She returns calls in a timely manner and is very attentive. I have no issue with going to her if a problem arises.
I've lived here for 2 years and it feels like home. Having it all bills paid is a huge plus! The management and office staff is also so kind and they fix the issues within that same day. If your looking for a place to raise a family I would highly recommend :)
When I moved into my apartment it was infested with roaches. I can hear EVERYTHING that is happening outside, even people talking as they're walking by. There's also many issues wrong with my apartment that I have made the office aware about for MONTHS. I have called many times about it and even gone into the office. Each time I am told "Oh, we'll send maintenance over." And then maintenance never shows up. When I call again they act all surprised that they didn't show up and then tell me that they will call them and send them over. Repeat cycle. Additionally I have had things stolen from my apartment so I don't feel safe. I hate my apartment and I wish I never moved here.
I have to ask myself have they seen the place? The new lease office manager is a snob who apparently believes she is leasing high rise condos in Manhattan. I have contacted the office on two occasions, the office manager was patronizing and takes herself and that dump property way too seriously. The second on a Fri ready to get a lease was told the entire office is out sick and I could call Mon. I won't be calling again if she is who you deal with no thank you.
The apartment is a nice size for what I pay I like the all bills paid the only downside is the a/c doesn't cool down my apartment enough the came an fixed it once already and said it was good but it's still not working right. Other than that it's a nice place
