Menomonee Falls is a large suburban village located about fifteen miles northwest of Milwaukee. Billing itself as “more than a village,” the mainly-residential community is a popular choice among commuters drawn to the tranquil atmosphere, abundant greenspaces, and low crime rate, and the exceptional schools help boost the appeal among folks raising families. Interstate 41 passes across the northeast corner of town, providing a direct line into Milwaukee; this corner of the village also serves as the main retail district, hosting a thriving cluster of shopping centers, restaurants, and the local multiplex movie theater.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stone Point Apartments
I have mixed feelings about our 3 year stay, but I’m completely blown away by how we were treated on our way out. Our apartment was alright, but it’s very close quarters with our neighbors. Road noise was agitating. But the basement facilities were awful. We had to deal with flooding during the spring to the extent that we had to often take stuff out of our storage unit. The basement always faintly smelled like mold, but it got really bad (to the extent where we could smell it in our bathroom) during big rainfall. It clearly needs mitigation. As a former employee of serv-pro, it’s time they call them. Hot water was hard to come by as well. The real kicker was our treatment on the way out. Their management team put a lot of pressure on us to move out early so they could rent it to the next tenants. We tried to help them out because we were able to, but it was added stress nonetheless. They then tore into our security deposit so badly that they sent us a BILL for the thousand + dollar carpet removal/replacement. Now, we didn’t walk through the place with them, they never showed us the supposed damage (matting and pet odor), and they sure as heck didn’t prove to us that it couldn’t be cleaned. We were just sent the bill and given ten days before they sent it to collections. I’m completely taken back by the way they pushed us out then attacked our deposit. We’re currently trying to reach out to the carpet company and plan on taking this issue up with the state. I’ve come to expect tough check outs with big company property management companies, but I never imagined they’d be so cut throat and put us through that. So; absolutely not. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And I’m very glad we are now in a house and won’t have to deal with management companies like fiduciary management.
Stone point is one of the only complexes that is reasonably priced that allowed my fur babies. Management has been nothing short of amazing. The maintenance workers are friendly and hardworking people that are constantly on the grounds upkeeping and updating the property. The apartments are nice and cozy with extra storage downstairs. Our neighbors have been phenomenal and we couldn't ask for a better community!

I have lived here for 15 years with my children this is the place we call home good times hard times but we are still here. Now my grandchildren are growing up here. Very nice family community here. Lots of out door space great neighbors. Plan on staying for awhile. Quite clean well taken care of property. If a person or family is going to continue to rent I recommend this complex. :)

Thank you for your review and loyalty. We appreciate your feedback and residency.
Village Green is a great residence if you want to feel like part of a community. The complex has excellent staff, both administrative and maintenance, that help address any needs you have in a timely manner and always want to know how you're doing. There are great, well-maintained outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, as well as easy access to many parks and nature trails in the area. You are near the downtown area of Menomonee Falls and can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment in the area, but you also have easy access to the expressway to take you to downtown Milwaukee or elsewhere if that is where you want to be. The complex differentiates itself from others in the area though through it's friendly residences who are always willing to talk and help out with any needs. Even though it's an apartment complex, it has the feeling of a nice, suburban neighborhood.
