My lease expires in May. I have enjoyed residing at Stonepoint. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. The grounds are meticulously kept. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. Pet friendly spa and dog park provided, free of charge. Would highly recommend

Just moved in on Sunday and the entire process was amazing from start to finish. The original tour by Roxanne was fabulous and everyone I have met so far has greeted me with a smile! Even the ease of paying rent through an app has been wonderful! Love it here so far!

Love the apartment complex. The location is great, being that it’s walking distance from a grocery store and the mall and a short driving distance from many other things in annapolis. The staff is super friendly and takes time to get to know their residents.

Move in was seamless, very good communication from the leasing office, as well as maintenance team. Move in inspection was prompted (I did not have to request one as I have had to at previous apartments), and there were small goodies all around the apartment (some of which came in handy!) So far so good!

Just move in to the area seems nice for the most part. I like that the area is quiet. Has a lot of amenities which I love. The staff is so sweet especially Shaista, she like a breath of fresh air!

This place is nice. It really is nice. The atmosphere is quiet. I love this place. I just wish they had. Place for children to play. This will help them from playing in the streets. I want the kids to be safe.

Pricey but great amenities and no hassle from maintenance. The pool is well kept, dog park, gym, package room, etc. The complex is constantly being updated and landscaped, so it can be noisy at times. Can't really hear neighbors though.

Beautiful place to live! We love all the amenities and the kind personnel that work tirelessly to keep this place running smoothly! We’ve had a few hiccups with maintenance issues in the unit that were disappointing for the rent price we pay however the issues were resolved in a timely manner!

Quiet and inviting community with very friendly residents. My son loves the pool area and we are excited to see and experience the new media game room. We had a wonderful time at the pizza party and look forward to hanging out and meeting more of the community residence.

I'm relatively new here but so far I really like it. The amenities are nice and the location is great! So many stores, shops close. And the ladies in the office are great, especially Shaista. My only 2 issues are 1) receiving large packages. As I just recently moved, I have a lot of packages delivered, some of which are furniture. And the delivery people are so used to delivering in the package room, that even with direction as to how to get to my unit, it is delivered in the package room (my bed, with headboard was a nightmare to try to get from the downstairs package room all the way to my unit). And, 2) the extremely sensitive smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. They literally went off the first night I used my air fryer! And NO, nothing was burned, it was in the first 3 minutes. But I'm trying to find the trick to using the stove with the alarms going off. I appreciate the safety aspect of these but it just makes cooking a little chalIenging.

Everyone is nice and friend. So far no issues. Only sucky thing is my building doesn’t have an elevator but I am not complaining. Then the car noise but I sleep real good

I have been living at Stone Point apartments for almost 4 years and love it! I shopped many apartments before I came here but once I found Stone Point I knew this was the place for me. The apartments are spacious, staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance makes life so much easier here. Very quick to respond and help with whatever the problem. I have met many wonderful people here. The management has get togethers/parties for the residents. The clubhouse is beautiful and pool is amazing. Just renewed my lease!!

I have lived at Stone Point Apartments now since 2020, and I could not be happier with our choice. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff are always friendly. We have used the event space three times now, and it works well for group functions. I would highly recommend this location for professionals or small families living in the area.

My husband, dog and I enjoy living here and the staff are always very helpful. The clubhouse is wonderful to use and the gym is great. The pool is amazing during the summer time.

Decent, accommodating staff. It’s clean and well lit. May be a little worn and outdated in amenities but still working for confidence from their customers. There’s a higher level of respect for their tenants than other apartment complexes.
